The 5 stars is for Fatima Salih

The 5 stars is for Fatima Salih, not Burren / crabtree management itself, as i have some negatives that i’d rather not go into. Fatima to be fair has always responded to my emails in a supportive manor and has always advised well. She responds to my emails in a timely fashion and always has dealt with any issues i raised promptly.

Thank you Sarah Atkinson!

I had a major issue that I needed urgent assistance. I was given Sarah's contact detail in hopes for someone to help me - and I don't even know where to start thanking Sarah for how well and quickly she helped me.

Within an hour I had a reply to my problem, and options for solutions for it. I have to say I was so relieved beyond anything with the reply I got.

Not only that - I have been dropping email after email to Sarah in the next couple of days to make sure things are getting resolved, and with no hesitation things kept progressing forward without delay.

As my issue was something that depended on my livelihood - Sarah really understood the importance of the matter and didn't even delay the solution to my problem.

I really can't thank her enough for the help, support, and her ability to problem solve quickly. Thank you very much! I really appreciate it.
