Fantastic business. Excellent communication before, during & after. All children at the party (ages 1-8) had a fabulous time. Thank you. Would definitely recommend.

We have used Bury Soft Play 2 years in a row for our toddler group Christmas party, and I will be totally honest when I say we will not use anyone else in the future! Orron and his team are brilliant, from initial enquiries to setting up and packing away on the day, they are just great!
Communication is spot on, you know exactly what you will be getting for your money, it is great value for money too!
On the day they are there in plenty of time and just crack on with the setup, making sure every last detail is perfect. All the equipment is clean and in perfect condition ready for the children to enjoy.
At the time agreed, they return to pack away, and you don't have to do anything except watch the little ones have fun, and they certainly do that!
I cannot recommend Bury Soft Play enough...we will most definitely be hiring the play equipment again this year.

What a fantastic party We had, the wiggle cars were a massive hit with all the children aged 3-8 yrs. The cars and castle were very clean and the communication was fantastic. Would highly recommend and will certainly be booking again for future birthdays. Thank you

Best soft play for all ages, my daughter had her first birthday and she loved it so much! Also we had older ones and all of them loved it as well. Would recommend to anyone of my friends or family. Absolutely fantastic! Responsive, friendly, helpful, personalised customer service and great quality soft play and bouncy castle with a large variety of options to suit all ages. All the kids were entertained for the whole party! Thank you

I can’t thank Bury Soft Play enough for their impeccable service from start to finish. Their correspondence has been second to none and on the day of my daughter’s 1st Birthday party, well you would barely have known they were there! They came in, set up and left whilst the chaos of preparation ensued around them and it was absolutely seamless. And the collection was exactly the same! The babies and older children absolutely loved the equipment- it was the hit of the party. I honestly can’t reccomend them highly enough and will definitely use them again for years to come! Excellent customer service and communication throughout enquiry period through to booking and then delivery. Equipment very clean and ideal for my 2 year old. Ordered smaller bouncy castle and ball pool with bouncers as well. They loved it . Will definitely use them again.

Once again, Orron provided a brilliant service. He was punctual and friendly. The equipment was clean and in excellent condition. Orron provided just the right quantity and type of equipment for the group of children attending the party. On collection, Orron and his colleague quickly sanitised all the equipment ready for the next party, which is reassuring. A thoroughly good company and excellent value. The kids had a fantastic time.

I can Honestly say I would recommend this company to anyone... The service was impeccable throughout from booking to collection it was incredibly professional. The Cleanliness of the Soft play was incredible it was cleaned as it was set up and again as it was packed away. They arrived to set up at exactly the time promised fully prepared for every eventuality. Fun was had bay all!! Will definitely be using Bury Soft Play in the Future.
