Overpriced but better seats than average

If you're taller than 165 cm and sick of not fitting fully into an East African bus seat, then this is a good choice for you. The seats are pretty comfortable. That said, most of the rest of what they billed as justifying their high prices (90k UGX from Kampala to Eldoret) are busted: the wifi worked for all of 10 minutes, the chargers didn't work as far as I tested and could see, and many seats' recline buttons didn't work, meaning the seats wouldn't stay in one space. The conductor also gave instructions in English, which I appreciated, though I'm not sure if that's because we were crossing a border or he noted the muzungu.

The bus left 10 minutes late, which is good for this area. And it's the only bus I've seen in this area where people actually get an assigned seat and (mostly) stick to it, which is an improvement over cheaper buses where other people reserve all the seats. This was an overnight bus that the office staffer (very implausibly) said would arrive in Eldoret 6 hours later. It took 12 hours. There was a crash in a town that delayed us for 2 hours. That's outside the company's control, but they should've given me a more accurate estimate of about 10 hours.

If you're tall, avoid seats 17-20. The wheel well takes up all the leg room under the seat. The person in the next seat was an extremely sick young mother and her baby. She threw up continuously over the first few hours, filling up two plastic bags an hour and throwing them out the window. Hearing the sounds over and over and smelling the smell is enough to turn the hardest of stomachs. But it was her baby who vomited on my leg, one bump and projectile vomit.

The company should've taken one look at her and refused her passage. My experience was ruined instead.
