I have to say that I had high expectations of this platform.
In the end, it's hard to find serious students who really commit to taking lessons. More often than not, I'd say 9 times out of 10, when I reply to an advert from a student and the student agrees to me being their teacher, the student doesn't reply to my messages (to determine the date of the first lesson) or, worse, is unpleasant.
The Busca Tu Profesor platform should have a feature to force students to be more serious. Because in the end, it's the teacher whose time is being wasted.

We do not guarantee that all received students will 100% work with you, because this is a human factor, the client may change his mind or find another teacher. But you do not pay for such applications. You pay only for those orders where lessons are held. So you don't lose anything
I'm a teacher on this platform and have been using it for over 3 years. The managers have invariably been ready to help and answer any questions. One of the safest ways for students to get a good teacher.

I find students via Busca Tu Profe and have found it a great resource.
At the beginning I was a bit dubious because I didn’t understand how the system worked and thought I’d have to pay large fees - but you don’t.
So, for English teachers here’s how it works:
1. you add your profile (the usual qualifications, video)
2. The platform sends you a student match
3. You respond whether you’d like to apply or not
4. If you are matched, you then have to contact student privately to organise t&cs
5. You confirm your first class and add it to the platform
6. You pay the platform, a one time referral fee - cost of a class - it can be paid after the class.
And that’s it.
***your first class (the date you give to platform) MUST be paid for - it’s not a trial - because you have to pay the platform for the referral even if the student doesn’t sign up!!!

Fraude, te hacen pagar por dar una clase y si hay algún problema, no te devuelven el dinero. Te acribillan a correos para que pagues por trabajar e incluso te envían WhatsAps. ¡Estafa!
¡Fraud! Take it easy, they want you to pay for working, in the event of any problem, they wouldn't give your money back.

¡Buenos días! Por las clases no realizadas no hay que pagar la comisión. En su caso sí devolvemos el dinero, pero Usted ignora los correos donde pedimos sus datos bancarios para poder hacer la devolución. Sin saber esos datos es imposible hacer el reembolso. Por favor, revise su correo.
I was looking for a Spanish tutor. I am very pleased because this platform is so well organized that I had no problem with finding a teacher. I found a really good teacher who adapted to my needs. I like this platform very much. I recommend!

I am satisfied with the work of the service. The teacher I chose on the site did not answer, but the employee offered me another teacher. Since I didn't have time to review the tutors' profiles on my own, I just told them my criteria and a few hours later I got the contact of the appropriate tutor. I recommend!
