My agent, Jeffrey was absolutely awesome! His personality was very helpful in creating and establishing a good rapport with me so that I felt comfortable every time he presented a quote. I didn’t feel pressured whenever he gave me different options to think about. In the end, I felt good about the option I picked. The entire process went smoothly.
