Unreliable and not trustworthy
Cousins business law - one huge disappointment!!
Led on for three weeks by the owner Gary, who said he could help, only for him to vanish without explanation as I had done everything asked of me. Reached out by phone and emailed after 36 hours of sending something critical and needing a response and was ghosted.
These people are put in a place of trust and usually under difficult circumstances for the client, so to let someone down after saying they can help is appalling!
Claimed he didn’t receive something important but had BCC myself so I know that wasn’t true. Also claimed I had expected an immediate response but 36 hours later is hardly that when it was something so critical and I simply asked at that point if we were speaking that day only to be stone walled!
These people are put in a place of trust and usually under difficult circumstances for the client, so to let someone down after saying they can help is appalling! There is no excuse for treating a client so badly!
