Google is the last piece of crap, do not use their own services / my Business!

That Google (my Business) is the last piece of crap is undisputed.

People, think about it - Google, the pile of crap, does not use its own services! ...

Google does not use the Google Business / my Business option.

Why -> Users could give Google feedback - and Google would have to respond - according to the terms!

Pretty disgusted after setting up a couple of adverts, when I specifically chose the exact keywords to use, and they were showing the ads costing me about £9 PER click to words like to, the, at, which is nothing to do with EMF protection. FFS, what a waste of money, but what the hell does greedy google care. I didn't get any sales.

A competitor received 140 5 star reviews in 1 week I asked the owner how and he said that he got all his friends to write reviews for him.

This is a violation that is published in the Google Business website.

I reported all the reviews and none where taking down.

Now I'm contacting everyone I know to write fake reviews.

Why not if it works for 1 it should work for all.

Abysmal customer service. We received a clearly fake review on our site(which we have evidence) and after multiple attempts to contact and report the issue to google, we only receive copy paste responses. I even followed the exact instructions of one of Google's response emails to escalate the report and Googles response was to 'stop sending reports' This department seems more about getting people to give up than actually resolving any sort of legitimate issues. This is Negligence at its finest.

My business was removed from Google Maps and I don't know why. Customer Support doesn't help at all: I sent docs, but my request was rejected because of some "violations", which can not be specified so I can fix them. HELP! I don't know what's wrong!

Fantastic institution let down by removing honest hardworking companies from Google Maps with no exact explanation into what we've done wrong and nowhere to re-appeal after giving them the correct documents!

Sent three support request and three replies the same copied and pasted reply . they ask people to find the answer from google forum which is not reliable and it is not from google technical team .

Will not verify my business for some reason. No support.
Have contacted them numerous times.

Spammers. They should stop sending out unsolicited e-mails. Then they might get better reviews.

Rubbish keeps deleting my business profile every few weeks once I start getting reviews then I have to create a new one which get deleted as well every time you email google they just send an email back with links on how to appeal which does nothing rubbish and pointless service

This the worst service in existence, Google Business use arcaic and primitive methods to get you verified and once you obtain your verification the uneffective platform will suspend your profile without explanation.

The most creepy part of this is that google creates randomly profiles of your own company with wrong information and errors that will affect your company negatively.

I don't know what to think anymore of these people, just wish to see, that the way the treat us, they get treated.

I go into my business account and it asks me to get verified. When I click on the business name, it takes me to a public google search results page.
I then click get verified and the only thing they accept is a video recording. when following through the steps, they expect people to complete the verification using a mobile device. How do people verify their business if they don't have a mobile device or a device that works with google? At least a competitor will allow business verification by mailing a post card to the business address. Google should allow this as an option, not make people buy specific mobile devices just to verify a business.

I recently relocated and trying to update my business details are a complete nightmare, 6 months later and still no progress and I am unable to contact support.

Poor to say the least.......

I recently moved address and accidentally added a business address when I'm a sole trader, instead of updating the service area.

My profile then became unverified and so far it has been a week and nothing has been done. No one from Google seems to understand English, this is now affecting my business as I'm still appearing in search results for my old service area.

All I keep being told is it has been escalated. How difficult is it to just revert my profile back to how it was?!!!

Unhelpful support, they can’t speak or understand English, they lied that my business was verified now they are asking me to verify again, they keep wasting my time without helping, they do not read the messages properly, my business information is now displayed incorrectly by someone else because of Google’s incompetence

This is the biggest bad and poor qualiti solutsion, Corporatsion. Nonexistent customer service. Demeaning solutions. Incompetent online service.

Asked 2x of my good customers to leave reviews about my service on Google maps, they left reviews, but Google never published...

Absolutely horrific service.

Suspended profile for 'breaching guidelines' - I've read over the guidelines about 10 times and I can definitely say I comply.
After multiple attempts at fixing the problem they are now completely ignoring all other attempts to contact them.

Shame on google for allowing this truly abysmal team to hold the 'google' name.
