FIANL advise is DONT BOTHER, Absolute Hastle between calling them Live Chat it took about 3 hours to figure it all out,,

Avoid these people and their so called gift cards like the plague. Tried to activate a £10 ‘gift’ card given to me by my family only to be told that that type of card cannot be activated online. Complete scam.😬😔
The initial setting up and account, ordering and payment was seamless. Good support from a dedicated amount manager.
Paid the bill, received the cards.
Then the fun starts. Day after day after day, I was met with not being able to activate the batch of cards. On the phone to the helpdesk, who whilst friendly, clearly have a script... For what is clearly a known issue. This script fobs you off by saying they need to run an overnight process, and they guarantee it'll work tomorrow.
5 days solid I did the same thing, heard the same rubbish, and getting the run around.
Large order batch activation doesn't work.... And they know it.
This prevented me from being able to issue these out to my staf. Would have been hugely damaging to issue out gifts to everyone, for then to find they don't work. Embarrassing.
Never again.
