This is an email from Ashley Ballance I have just received after explaining how busy I was due to running a business:
We are just trying to help small businesses like yourself, you have wasted my time my colleagues time and your own. No need for further contact. Maybe next time instead of saying you will get round to it and excuses like it's a time factor, Just be a man and say your not interested.
Take care
Ash
I was recently contacted by the Business Action Group to discuss making a claim against my insurers for business interruption. I had previously spoken with my insurance company and found them to be very unhelpful! I had also been told that insurers aren't paying out the full amount owed to businesses.
The Business Action Group confirmed that they will get back 100% of my losses, the claims process was clearly explained. I feel confident that the Business Action Group will help me get the money back that I need to support my business and would recommend them to any businesses in a similar position.
The Business Action Group (BAG) contacted me to assess my business interruption claim after my insurer refused to pay my claim from losses caused by COVID-19. With the furlough scheme coming to an end and a tough trading environment out there, the payout will provide my business with much needed cash flow to get me through these next few months. The guys at BAG (Matthew and James) were great at assessing my claim and submitting it to the insurers. I highly recommend BAG to other business owners looking make a claim for business interruption. Cheers guys
This company contacted me last week to discuss my business interruption claim and I’m glad they did! Looks like I will be getting my loss profits recovered from my insurance company who initially refused my claim. Thanks again Mathew.
