Worst customer service

Worst customer service. They are not transparent on what’s going on- gave me info that there is no other flight and have to cancel my flight. I cancelled the flight got voucher but can’t used directly with the airline. I don’t want to book with them as I don’t want to deal with their customer service. I do not refer booking with them to anyone

Extraordinary Service - Great Values

I used BusinessClassAir for the first time in January 2021 and it was an extremely easy way of booking tickets and flying. Extraordinary service from the first inquiry until the day before travelling, when we received our tickets.
I have already recommended them to friends, who also had great experience with them, and I would recommend them to anyone wishing to spoil themselves to a business class ticket somewhere.

My agent Robbie is amazing

My agent Robbie is amazing. He always got me top flights with shockingly low prices. He always responses no matter what time of a day.

Professional, fair and excellent customer service

Robbie Gibson is fantastic. It is unusual these days to see his level of customer service. He is always reachable, responds very timely, and goes above and beyond to come up with travel scenarios/solutions in a crunch. There has been times we communicate at 9pm but then he reapo ds to emails at 5am. He takes his work seriously and is a true professional. For these reasons I would highly recommend business class air to my company and others in my inner circle.

I am trying to get money back from a…

I am trying to get money back from a 8000 dollar reservation to Africa after I bought their “insurance”. Now that I can’t travel to Africa, they are offering me a travel voucher with one more month to make an 8000 dollar airfare trip after paying 500 dollars in insurance from Mr Lee.(it’s not his real name).

I would be careful about using their services. We were group of 20 going to Africa this year and all airlines refunded the money to my friends including Delta, Kenya airlines and others.
This people want to hold on to your money , full well knowing that in this day, I can’t take a trip that costs 800 dollars just for airfare . The ticket was bought last September when we thought all this was to get over. I still purchase insurance.
Best to buy from the airline who at least allow to to change or cancel your reservation with no cost under the current situation.
Expensive lesson learned.

Upon contacting the customer service and explaining the difficulty that I faced,I was contacted by their senior manager and they did issue a voucher good for two years to be used on any airline(good option) and also offered ticket protection on that ticket.I am happy with this as gives me time to use the money and choice of airlines. They were and always have been very quick to respond with very good customer service and very responsive to customer complaints as I was contacted multiple times by them after my initial complaints. They offered creative routes, good pricing which is why I chose them to begin with and when I experienced difficulty with their processes and reached out to their customer service,they did everything possible to make it fair.Just remember that the product they are offering is to not lose your investment but it is not an insurance in my experience.This may have changed since which I am not aware of.

Run away from those crooks

Run away, they are crooks!
I was flying from Europe to the US and
I bought my transatlantic ticket through business class air.com and I was told that I got special price, because they used miles from their own account.
3 weeks later when I got to the airport in the middle of the night, I was told at the check in that my ticket was invalid.
Turned out the mileage they used were unauthorized and somebody made a complaint to the airline and my ticket was cancelled.
Apparently they are stealing miles from other people’s accounts!
Of course they don’t tell you about it.
I called them from the airport, totally horrified, and was told that nothing can be done until the next day, because all airline offices were closed at this time.
I was far away from the place where I stayed and they did not offer to pay for my taxi (there was no other transportation) or for a hotel. It was very important for me to get on this particular flight anyway.
I had to buy a new ticket, of course much more expensive.
When I got home and finally talked to the agent about it, all she said she was sorry, but she never offered to return my money!!!
I never got any formal apology from this company and I had to intervene with my credit card to get the money back..
I called them many times to refund my money for this phony ticket, but they have never done it.

Ribz is the best!

I have been purchasing my international tickets through Businessclassair for the past couple of years. Ribz always has a lot of patience and understanding in finding the right flights, on the type of aircraft I prefer. Regardless of the time of the day I always feel he is doing his best in fulfilling my needs. Very kind and very professional. Thank you, Ribz!

The business class is now open for me too. Nice, one might say, delicious prices. Personally, I managed to catch a fifteen percent discount. And you?) Business class, I appeal to you - continue to delight your customers, you are great!
