I am extremely satisfied with the process of Creditors Relief/Business Debt Adjusters. The entire process took about a year to complete. To be honest I was skeptical at first and really thought I was being taken for a ride. The cost was expensive but worth the savings in the end. The only downfall was the communication at first but it did improve as the process moved on...this is why I was thinking I was being ripped off and was stuck in a contract I couldn't get out of. I am happy I was patient and will use their service again in the future if I need to.

Hiring a debt consolidation company is scary. I read a lot of bad things online. Especially something as specialized as merchant cash advances. When I called Business Debt Adjusters I was in some big trouble with my loans. One company was about to get a judgement on me and in fact did get one. I talked to Gonenc and she was amazing. She knew the companies I was dealing with, she told me what to expect and what they generally do. My confidence in her is the only thing that made me go forward as there was so much bad stuff online about other companies. Matt handled the legal situation with the other company and is working on the others. The payments are now more manageable.

Dedra, Marcus and Sophie are awesome. They have made me their priority and have taken the time to explain the process to me to make me feel comfortable with everything.

Very bad company. They don’t disclose that they will be charging the clients 35% of the total money owed on a loan. They are worse than the commercial loan companies.
And no, they do not tell you how much they will be charging you when you first contact them or even during the loan repayment process. They promptly change the subject and you are proceeding blindly along. They only tell you at the end what your repayments will be like and you will be shocked when you find out, because you will repay way more than what you owed on your loans.
