Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Set us up with a new business energy supplier to whom we paid bills for 6 months. In the meantime they had set up an account for our premises with another supplier, but under a different company name. We are now receiving threatening correspondence from the second supplier, to whom we supposedly owe thousands of pounds. The Energy Ombudsman are investigating them.

Transparent Advice

Really happy with the service from Business Energy Advisors. They explained everything in simple terms, helped us find a better rate, and handled the whole switch without any stress. It saved us time and money, and the team was always quick to respond. Definitely recommend if you want straightforward and honest advice for your business energy.

Keeps calling despite saying we are not interested

Another energy advisor company cold calling and persistently calling tyring to sell you very cheep energy when you are already under contract. Asking questions about who is your supply, what you pay etc. And not taking no for an answer.
