We hired BusinessNET for a 3-month digital marketing engagement with the expectation of clear communication, transparent performance metrics, and timely reporting. Unfortunately, our experience fell short in several areas:
Performance dashboards were not provided until nearly two months in, and even then, the data was inaccurate and unreliable.
Repeated communication attempts—especially about campaign transitions and contract continuity—went unanswered for weeks.
After final billing, we identified a refund of $2,300.86 was due based on unused funds and services. Only $300.86 was refunded.
The remaining $2,000 was withheld under a clause we believe was misapplied, especially since no agreement was made to extend services beyond the original term.
Despite our efforts to resolve the matter professionally and directly, BusinessNET refused to issue the remaining refund. The lack of responsiveness and vague contract interpretation was frustrating and costly.
I would not recommend using BusinessNET, especially for businesses seeking clarity, integrity, and consistent follow-through.
