Very bad experience. I can not cancel the subscription because the button does not work. I contact support but never answered. They charged me again, even after i requested the cancelation. To avoid keep paying i have to change my credit card number. The quality of the work is bad, chatgpt or gemini brings you better photos.

I chose BusinessPhoto.ai because everything looked very professional and good. Also from a number of online recommendations that it would be worth the money. After uploading 19 photos of myself, the processing went quite smoothly. Within 3 hours I had an email with the photos. The result was quite shocking. In 16 of the 19 photos I was not even remotely the person I really am. There would still be 3 photos that would be questionable to acceptable, if it weren't for the fact that the clothing in them also differed from left to right. With a jacket in which the left side has a completely different pattern than the right side. In short, there was not a single usable photo. After a request for a refund, sending a reminder up to 3 times, no response received! I am very disappointed, both in the result and the service...!

Absolute scam - avoid this company at all costs! They offer a refund if not satisfied, then when you request a refund, they quote your photos were not up to standard and you are not eligible for a refund. Here's a novelty - if we had great photos, we wouldn't need AI to produce great fake ones, would we?! The photos produced didn't resemble AT ALL, were creepy and the poses were inappropriate for business use. Customer service slow to respond and offered to do photos again with an upgraded AI solution, with submission of yet more photos. How about offering a stellar service in the first place? Not impressed and would not recommend.

Everything went wrong and I am waiting for Valentina to respond with the details of my refund.
It's so disappointing that none of the team members have been responsive towards the refund and I am going to take an action towards it.

I thought the images were awful. None even remotely looked like me. When I brought it to customer service I got no reply.

I have asked for a refund but no reply even after several requests.

This is more of a scam website where people's hard-earned money is theft.

If no reply is received, I will be pushed to go further in management.

The good thing is I got my money back but it took a lot of back and forth with the customer service manager. I mean they tried to fix my issue but really the AI generated photos are not there yet. None of them looked like me.

THE PICS ARE AWESOME BUT MOST OF THEM DON’T LOOK EXACTLY LIKE ME. HOPING THAT AI IMPROVES TO GET A BETTER LIKENESS.
