Poor overall experience and underwhelming photographs;

1. Not one acceptable photograph supplied. 50% of the photos were not what was requested
2. Felt rushed throughout the entire session
3. Photographer was inflexible, cold and robotic
4. Photographs were taken too quickly with not enough time to reset
5. Didn't have the professionalism to correct wadrobe positioning
6. Although accepted, charged an additional $250.00 for a backdrop that was not even used
7. Wasn't the overall experience expected
8. Other participants in the session said this review is too nice

Never again. Buyer beware.

The photographer knows exactly who we are with or without an Order No.,!so the response is just politically correct lip service with absolutely no intention to correct the situation.

We called on Jacob to photograph the new members of our team and the results were perfect. He is completely down to earth and put everyone at ease. the team were very pleased with the results. We highly recommend.

Jacob is amazing, and my photos turned out much better than I could have ever expected. He came straight to my office and he brought his mini studio set up. I have never seen another photographer like him. He didn’t limit my time and I got to see how things were looking before we wrapped up. It was beyond convenient and easy, and the quality is unbeatable. Can’t recommend enough.
