I’ve been doing my business taxes with Business Rocket for a few years now and I was really impressed with their efficiency at first and had a great experience. Had a bit of a bump on the road however when the tax controller assigned to me was changed. The new person was not as professional, lacked communication and was overall not as clear during our phone calls. What was most frustrating was upon bringing this up as an issue instead of changing the tax controller they had me “try again” with the same person. And even though the second time around he put a lot more effort in, I didn’t like that my request for a change was not taken seriously. However most people that I’ve dealt with in the company have been amazing and helpful. Leanna helped me reinstate my business when it was not in good standing and she has always been very on top of it and I appreciate all her help.

My experience working with Business Rocket was amazing! Those who believe that the timeline to receive documents and having EIN is more, they are wrong. I received documents and EIN with the accurate timelines and the processed was explained very well by the team. It has very affordable rates to get compliances with the state. Supreme package is worth moving forward with!

Simon helped me a lot, he tried to make the transactions happen as quickly as possible and completed everything perfectly. Even though I don't know English, he helped me in every way and responded to e-mails quickly, thank you very much.
