Quality product and service.

Quality product and service.

Ordered a 2kg pack of pears, and 15% holiday discount offer took me just below the £30 free delivery threshold. Pleased to see that I still qualified for free delivery.

Two days later, I had an email to say that no 2kg packs in stock, so for that 2kg price I would be getting two 1kg packs delivered separately. Two packs were with duly delivered - each well sealed with an 18 mth life.

As an aside, the second pack was delivered by Amazon. I checked the Amazon price for interest - £2 more than the Busy Beans website. You know where to place your order.

Very fast delivery and despite the fact that one of the items in the parcel was wrong, it was sent immediately after notifying, so I got it on the next day. High level customer service ***
