I ordered a green ice knit from the official busystone website, it arrived on time, the garment is not damaged. I was scared reading the reviews but in the end I decided to order, I made a correct choice the garment is perfect and a 1:1 replica

I bought a stone island jacket and they sent me a jackets that's defective and no down on one side, I contacted them but didn't get any response, I don't know how to get my hard earned money back, I hope they see this and respond because it is really bad and I would never recommend. The high quality pictures and models are deceiving. anyway for the jackets

Lucas as ruined a company that were always reliable scammed many me included,let me say to all using this company if you do this is the only way, is pay through normal bank card, they can do it other rep companies do it, as through PayPal how they do it get scammed will not get money back through bank you will, so only bank card if they say no don’t go there trust me, if there sending items you pay through bank all good other way there’s always that option in there favour not sending you items and you will not get money back there way that’s why they do it, if there good reps they will do it the safe way no items money back, it’s a fair way if they don’t do not buy there

Busystone or Crispy Petals HK Limited,or Scammers R US..sent me a damaged jacket, the jacket was falling to bits, stitching coming away everywhere. I opened a case with PayPal to get my money back. Busystone gave me a false return address, told PayPal they’d given me a full refund, which they had not. Obviously, Paypal are on the side of the seller, not the buyer… Paypal did not even bother studying the case. If Paypal had looked at my account, they would have seen I was given no refund, and this company were just trying to rip me off.

Perfect shop with excellent quality articles. Fast shipping and well packed. Will definitely buy again.

I was able to ask the customer service team several questions before ordering that helped me choose the proper size and item. Once I ordered, I received my item faster than the estimated shipping time. The products received arrived in perfect condition.

Easy to use top quality and speedy delivery

I don't know the quality because I haven't received the product I bought yet. If it's the old one, the quality will be good. However, the busy site is very slow, and it's a shame that the delivery fee is high.

Ordered the Ice Knit Turquoise in S and M, took a bit to get here but worth it. Busy's team does serious QC, making sure everything's perfect. The packaging is also a nice touch, not something you see often. It's clear they take pride in their work!

Was so hyped when my package arrived. Could tell it was quality stuff just by the weight. Opened it up and both tops were looking cool in their normal color. Rocked the orange one to a hockey game to check the color change – it was subtle but cool. The other one's now a surprise Christmas gift from my girl, but it fits great and looks spot on.
