A genuinely useful AI platform for company knowledge

We’ve been using Butterflai for a while now, and it’s one of the few AI tools that has actually made it easier to find information instead of adding another layer of complexity.

What I like most is being able to search across different knowledge sources from a single place. Whether the information is in documents, internal knowledge bases or business systems, asking a question is often much faster than trying to remember where the information is.

The Custom Dashboards are a great addition, making it easy for non-technical users to explore business data without building reports. The interface is clean, responses are fast, and it’s clear the platform is designed for enterprise use rather than being just another generic AI chatbot.

One feature I’d love to see is cross-platform dashboard widgets. For example, having a single widget that combines the performance of the same campaign across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok Ads instead of viewing each widget separately.
Being able to see total spend, impressions, clicks, conversions and ROAS in one place would make executive dashboards even more valuable.

Overall, a very promising platform with practical use cases and a team that seems focused on building features that solve real business problems. Looking forward to seeing how it continues to evolve.
