This company is full of crap and just send you on a endless loop of hidden taxes

I can testify that your company is true to their words. It's two years now that I've been with you guys... But your interest rate doesn't increase. With the current boom in the crypto space. I expect an increase in interest rate.

Buxtradefx.com is the platform I'm having issues with.
From the research i'm doing, they seem to be one and the same.
Was doing some research on different investment options, and started following a few pages on instagram. That’s when Natt started messaging me.

Initially invested 500USD with Buxtradefx, his trading platform.
Terms were 10% commission to him personally.

After a few days, my trade stops, until invest a further 1100 USD. (So1600 USD all up)

This boosts my investment to 22k b by the end of trading period, which was a few days.
Upon requesting a withdrawal at the end of trading window, was told about a company tax of 2.5k needing to be paid before my return could be released.
They advised as their platform couldn't deduct the company tax amount automatically, they would leave my withdrawal application as pending, until I was able to pay that tax from different funds.
It has been over a week, of them not budging, and not allowing me to pay out of supposed return generated.
Even spoke with Nat today over the phone. Has a US number, but says was in the UK.
WILL ABSOLUTELY not budge; extortion at it's finest.

I was approached by a character called "Dieter Eisenberg" on social media pretending to be an authentic human and got into the conversation to slowly manipulate me to sign up for this website. When I got on the website and saw it looked very suspicious (typos everywhere, team page full of characters with no bios or Linked-in profiles etc) I got suspicious and then looked into this Dieter guy's profile on IG. Lo and behold, it was full of random fake accounts following him and then his IG account got banned "for some reason" I was told by him. And finally I realized the extent to which this person was going to scam me into signing up. I realized it too late (shame on me for that) but this website is definitely not trustworthy. USE THIS WEBSITE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND THINK 50 TIMES BEFORE PUTTING IN ANY MONEY. Actually.. DON'T DO IT. This is scamming at its finest and most intricate. Don't fall for it and lose your hard earned money guys...

This company was promoted to me by a guy named " Harvey Elijah"(obviously fake name) that approached me through social media claiming its an awesome way to make money. But turns out, its a scam.

Your company has earned my trust. If you continue like this then I’m ready to go all the way with you?

But why does it take time to get a response from your customer service some of the times?

Oh my! My profound gratitude goes to this amazing company that I have been involved with since the middle of January. I have been following up with the proceedings of the company since October last year however when I was introduced by my friend who has become my brother by virtue already lol.. but I was initially skeptical and had to understand how the company operates and fulfils it's huge obligations to their investors. After a while of following the company here in the group and doing my due diligence, I was ready to test the waters in March. However still skeptical due to previous experiences, I decided to start with as little as $1000 USD. After a week or two of observing how my returns steadily grew into my balance and a few completed withdrawal to my blockchain wallet, I decided to go bigger with a compound of my interests.
I am writing to acknowledge that my tenure ended in the weekend and I was able to withdraw the massive gain into my blockchain wallet. Even amidst the dip in the crypto market, the gains still keep yielding. I have not seen something as gracious as this ever!
