Used to buy on line my spares, but needed specific advice on parts for my lawnmower, so called into the RFS Langworth Branch .
I was served by George who was very helpful with sound advice and detailed knowledge , where he showed me the parts on screen and ordered them for me.
He contacted me directly when they arrived a great service good old fashioned Lincolnshire Customer Services can highly recommend Ripon Farm Services - Langworth a first class service
I contacted their Customer Services to seek advice on Stihl products, and was advised on the best appliances that suit my requirements, unfortunately I couldn't purchase them as i did not live in their supply catchment post code area. However they were able to supply me with a Hayter Sprint grass bag and it was despatched me my address at a minimum postal cost to me.
Very good website, but decided to check by phone too. Went through my mower blade part requirement with Ben, as there were numerous similar part variants. He was very helpful and quickly confirmed the correct one. Ordered at 10:30 (everything confirmed immediately by email) and my parts arrived before 09:30 the following day, everything correct. Competitive pricing, very pleased. Will definitely use again.

Liaised with Alan on the phone regarding a Briggs & Stratton recoil assembly parts. Explained everything extremely well and provided sound advice on how to install.
Experienced some delay in delivery but wouldn't let that detract from the service. Fitted the parts and my late father's rotavator now running after 3 years, well done the rotavator now bringing some sentimental value.

Great company, I ordered a mower part on one day and it arrived the next morning. When I phoned to check a detail, they were really helpful. Even sent me an email with a parts diagram to check that it was the correct part.

I bought a Honda Brush cutters at 10.30am yesterday it arrived at 9.30 am today . I was amazed when the delivery guy had it on his shoulder ! I said they say 3 to 5 days he said l don't know why it is always next day . I have a Briggs and Stratton Mower l will be using them for Spares .l ordered the Brush cutters by phone NOT online the people on the other side where so polite and nothing was to much customer service wise .
