I ordered two Hermes perfumes and they were delivered quickly and packaged nicely. Very good experience. Leaving a review as I was unsure of purchasing from the site as I had not heard of it previously but my experience was very good. The prices were great too.

Haven't received the order yet (got it but not happy in all)
Haven't received the order yet. Didn't receive a tracking email with the info as to when it would be delivered until after I emailed the service....since I can't call them. It is time sensitive as it is for a present for a person a a trip leaving soon. So I hope it gets here on time, because I bet I won't be able to return it, if this is any indication....Update--did get the item 1 day before needed (5 days after the expected delivery date), and they did get back to me by email eventually (probably after the review posted)....still not comfortable with the whole ordering system.
