Great service, no more throwing out office chairs.
I'm not writing this only to support the business but also to encourage others to not be an idiot like I was. Over all the years, it had never even occurred to me to try replacing office chair parts rather than replacing the entire chair (how bloody stupid am I?). After a couple canister wheels breaking through the plastic material on this office chair base I decided to do a quick search as the rest of the chair is really comfortable and I'd like to keep sitting on it. Low and behold BDO is a thing. Why have you all been hiding this place from me? Anyway, BDO had my sturdy chrome chair base, new canister wheels and gas lift ready for shipping within 24 hours. Removing the old base and adding the new one was fairly simple although it did take a few wacks with the hammer to remove the old base. BDO offer a range of these items at different price points (even canister wheels with RGB lighting). So anyway, if you're an idiot like myself and have thrown out all your perfectly fixable office chairs in the past, BDO is a thing and you should buy stuff from them because they will send it to you after you pay for it.
