I have not received my power washer yet but by the reviews and emails I have received from this company I don’t think I will but I must say that they have been that bad that it has almost been funny the delivery service they use must be pony express stay away from these people definitely a con are they Spanish or American or from Australia who knows

Like all the others who have reviewed Untrawasher, I, too, got scammed. What a dolt not to check it out further. As someone else said: lesson learned. One has to be so alert. Fortunately the credit card company I used is investigating this and I might get my money back.

THIS SITE IS CLEARLY A SCAM. An "Ultrawasher" product that claims to have 2,337 reviews (with an average of 4.9/5.0 score) actually displays only 9 reviews with no actual way of leaving a review on the site. So where did these supposed 2,337 reviews come from? Amazingly, all 9 reviews were written very recently. The most recent, from "Will Roberts", has been saying it was written "33 minutes ago" for quite some time now. A very similar product is available on eBay for half the price. At the bottom of the page, there is a link (written in Spanish, because these people are shipping from Mexico, from what I can tell) to T&Cs on a web page with the URL R3viewblog, that gives a "page not found" error, although it then helpfully lists other products you might want to buy including the "Power knee elite" for 969.99 Mexican pesos. The link to the privacy policy ("politica de privacidad") is similarly broken. Ditto the contact us ("contacto") link. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. Worst of all, they are snaring victims via adverts appearing in the news feed on the Apple News app, which makes people think they are legitimate.

The exact same product with the exact same fake reviews is also available from the website reviewerpress.com, which appears to be run by the same people.

I bought a power washer off these crooks in October 2024. Only used it twice and it has not worked again. Kept emailing them many times. One reply only, saying after 30 day`s, no refund will be given. No phone number available. THIS IS AN OUT & OUT SCAM. keep away from this company. Spread the infor about them.

Bought a car player from them. Tried to get it working. Gradually deteriorated performance over a month always disconnecting from phone. Tried to contact several times. Absolutely no response or help. Find they are registered in Delaware USA???. Clearly based in Brazil or elsewhere in South America ? Do not use.
Eventually bought another one from Amazon. Works well. Supplier supportive. Cheaper😢

My husband came across this website and for some reason decided to buy a power washer from them. Bad decision. Sadly, he never read the reviews. The item never arrived. We tried to track it according to the instructions we received. Unsurprisingly, the message was always the same - unknown tracking number. When we demanded a refund our email was ignored and of course the money was never refunded. The so-called 'support' team appeared to be based in Australia from where the item was purportedly posted; yet another email with invoice was in Spanish; and the initial order confirmation had an address in the US. So be warned - don't be taken in like we were. Give this website a wide berth.

I received the power washer & realized it had no more power than a garden hose. I tried to return it & they asked for a video, which I provided. They asked for a longer video, which I provided & then they asked for a third video which I refused to provide. After that they would no longer respond to my emails so I contacted my credit card company & they agreed to provide me with a partial credit. I then started to get fraudulent charges on the credit card that I used to purchase the power washer. I have had to cancel the credit card & the fraudulent charges are being investigated. NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I placed an order with Buyer On Spot at the beginning of October but the item did not arrive. I contacted Buyer On Spot but they could not refund my money until item was returned. I had an email from them about a week later stating that my item has been returned and I was asked if I wanted it resent or a refund. I asked for a refund and it is almost the end of December and the refund has not been made. Buyer On Spot cannot be trusted so stay clear of them.

Promised refund for goods not fit for purpose. Despite many reminders no acknowledgement and no refund.
I fully support the host of negative reviews.
My advice - don’t deal with this outfit under any circumstances.

Just got SCAMMED!
Ordered 2 dog toys to clean their teeth with a guarantee for 2 large dogs!
Both dogs destroyed each in less than five minutes!

I wrote to the company stating I paid by Visa and I wanted a refund! They sent me an email with their company policy that states I cannot get a Visa refund, but, rather that they only provide refunds by providing my “personal banking details”!!!!!
The 1st generic email Said the United Kingdom…. I responded that I live in Canada so they sent me a Canadian generic email asking for my “personal banking details”

I have since called my Visa company to dispute these SCAMMERS!!!

Ordered the pressure washer back in early november. Got and "Evri" deliery update sayin the Evri had the parcel which was out for delivery one weekl ater it was still out for delivery Evri do not recognise the tracking number
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM & FRUADULENT. I am claiming back of my credit card and informing Trading Standards and with help of spanish neighbour advising Spanish trading standards

Product not received. Do not buy anything from this company huge scam going on here. And I fell for it 😡

Kept on being 'bombarded' to purchase their 'High Powered Hose Attachment' - and so I went for it!!!
'They' supplied a tracking nbr., and some odd Spanish confirmation???
After 2 weeks I've been checking, via 3 courier companies, only to be advised - "nothing".
So only after checking this company,
I'm still uncertain of the country of origin? I'm now deeply concerned with the negative 92% feedback.

I would just like to say Buyer on Spot, have come clean, my ordered products arrived Yesterday the 27th of November 2024.
Well done Buyer on Spot, please keep it up because it is not genuinely nice to de-fraud somebody as the client goes through hell having to wait 10 days for ones visor card to arrive.

It cost me quite alot of money.

Bought ultrawasher after reading glowing feedback. I have it - not fit for purpose. Emailed 3 times requesting refund 1 response saying send video showing difficulty which I cannot do. No further response. I wish I had read all the comment from other dissatisfied customers and I wouldnt have touched them.
