No customer service
No customer service. Left multiple messages on their help line press #1 for sales, Press # 2 for customer service. After pressing #2 got message that all representatives were busy, please hold, i did and several seconds later I got please leave messsage (I've done this several times and never received a call back!!).
Today tried again in vain so I pressed #1, a voice mail from "Greg" said leave a message, I did and still no reply. Have been a Buyerzone for over 20 years and their service has now deteroiated to terrible. Way overpriced for mostly useless leads.
Horrible lead service
Horrible lead service. Leads are never verified and obvious false information are submitted all the time without verification. Phone number does not work for BuyerZone and you cannot get support via email or another way. They sell to bigger companies first then send them over days after. Some companies have already signed up with larger competitors within minutes of receiving the leads. Use the yellow pages before you use this scam service.
Will not pick up phone nor call back.
This is the single worst company that I…
This is the single worst company that I have ever dealt with. They are a total scam. My company was contacted by them in September 2022, for their Buyer Zone lead program. They were under new ownership, we were told, and we had worked with the prior ownership in the past. The cost for leads with the other company, just a year earlier was around $25.00 per lead. Their new price was $48.00... We were skeptical, but over a week or two, we actually received a few good leads. Then starting a couple of weeks after we agreed to accept their leads, we starting hearing, "We have already selected another company", "We have received a dozen calls already", while we had only had the lead for less than a minute. And we were told that only 4-5 companies would get the leads. Clearly, they were both passing out the leads to more companies than promised, and we were getting the leads after their preferred vendors. Stupidly, we decided to let it go a while, and see what would happen. By the first of 2023, it was obvious that the leads were garbage, and we began calmly stating the facts, then, because they outsourced us to India, for the worst support imaginable, as we have hundreds of worthless leads, that they have sold us. We were forced to be more vocal in our complaints. They idiotically offered us "private" leads, for $200.00 per lead... Which was so ludicrous, my team just laughed. I put a freeze on their account in late January, early February, and withheld (permanently) any payments, and reported them to the Massachusetts Attorney General;s Office, and our states version. Also, we began to create a law suit, and have many other companies that have joined. This company is a scam, pure and simple. Look at the extreme negative reviews here and on Yelp, and other places, when you simply type Buyer Zone on your search engine. They are getting away with theft, and we intend to stop them. Greg Coonley, claims to be the VP of Sales of this scam. He uses bizarre comments to try to keep from answering questions. The last one, was that we were being bigoted against him, because he is a woman... It made no sense, as how would we know about his private business...? Run from these criminals.
SWATTERS
I got dozens of calls, emails, texts for product I did not request, need or wanted no way to take down the request.
BUYERZONE SCAM
BUYERZONE USED TO BE A LEGITIMATE WAY TO GET LEADS. HOWEVER AFTER IT WAS BOUGHT OUT, IT HAS BECOME A SCAM WHERE THE POOR BUYER GETS A HUNDRED CALLS FROM ALL OVER THE COUNTRY AND EVEN FROM INDIA. THE LAST LEAD WE RECEIVED BEFORE WE CANCELLED THEIR SERVICE TOLD US THAT THEY DID NOT REQUEST INFORMATION FROM BUYERZONE BUT SOMEONE HAD SOLICITED THEM FROM INDIA AND ASKED IF THEY WERE INTERESTED IN A PHONE SYSTEM. THEY SAID "NO WE'RE NOT" BUT AGREED TO GET AN EMAIL WITH INFORMATION FOR THE FUTURE. THEY WERE NOT A PROSPECT, WE GOT CHARGED $45 FOR THE "LEAD", AND THEY RECEIVED HUNDREDS OF CALLS. I WOULD TERM THIS A SCAM.
The only reason why one star is because…
The only reason why one star is because they do not have zero. I subscribed for the service to get leads and have been trying to get in touch with someone about the charging for duplicate leads and bogus leads for over a month. Noone returns email or phone calls they do not answer the phone.
This business is sham!!!!!!!!!!
I shared my contact info with buyerzone…
I shared my contact info with buyerzone as was shopping for pricing estimates inundated with calls from so many different companies I simply wont go this direction now. Blocked them all and asked to never call back.
Do not buy leads from this company
Do not buy leads from this company. They are not fact checked at all. Many of them are fake or include incomplete/inaccurate information. I gave 2 stars because some are legit, but they are few and far between. They also refuse to help narrow down your search parameters which means unless you are looking for anyone and everyone, there is no way to help narrow down the leads so you are not bombarded with junk.
I wouldnt recommend them at all
I wouldnt recommend them at all -
The lack of understanding and willingness to work on bad/poor leads.
I had some good leads at first then it went south.
I may try again in the future if they lowers their costs.
BuyerZone provides bad leads
BuyerZone provides bad leads! I get leads where they are 60 year old retired pilots, archery stores, etc 9/10 leads are not pertinent to my field
Worked well for me searching for a POS system
I used the questionnaire through one of their partners when researching a POS system. I was very glad I went with their service because I was able to compare prices and had my choice from local vendors. Saved me a lot of time trying to figure out what systems are available near me. Plus all dealers knew I was talking to other companies, so I feel like I got a great deal, very happy with the experience.
If you want to get 5 telemarketer calls within an hour
If you want to get 5 telemarketer calls within a minute and then the ones you dont answer will hound you and call your work to try to sell you, then this is your company. Do not fill out the a buyerzone quote, they will sell your information to companies that they pay for paid leads.
I see alot of bad reviews on the page
I see alot of bad reviews on the page. I think it had to do with seller ability. I average about 17-20 credit card processing sales a month just from buyerzone leads. Given I am spending about 2000 per month on my leads. It evens out and I am making a lot of sales. Good company to get leads from
RIPOFF/ SCAM for your money
Be aware of this company. I saw the reviews online and decided to go with them anyway thinking that someone was just making it up. Well, it is all true, if you want to throw money away or spend $24.50 to get a phone number then this is the place. They will send you junk with no verification except if someone answers the phone, company will not have a valid email address except yahoo or gmail but it is a valid lead. The lead will say will do something in the future which is 3-6 months away but you pay now for that weak statement, and you will not talk to them but you pay. I cancelled my account and within minutes I was getting several leads, when I called for credits, they billed my card immediately to get the money. Bad company, just throw your money away, you get 10 leads, talk to 3, get nothing with the else and you pay for them anyway. Not a good investment.
No help at all
I want my 30 seconds of life back, that's how quick it didn't help me
Horrible leads
Was on a trial period for 60 days and got lots of leads with zero sales. Either the leads are fake or the source is horrible.
Contract Scammers
Scammers, they let you sign a contract that it has hidden terms and they send you fake leads. BEWARE everyone, don't fall to their cheap sales strategy and save your money.
TOO MANY PHONE CALLS
My Phone would not stop ringing for two months straight
Not doing their job profesionally
We first subscribed to their 60-day trial period (before entering into a 12-month commitment) to make sure if their service is good enough. What disappointed us most was that although we had been told that leads are screened and "briefly" qualified, we ran into multiple cases where irrelevant or totally spammy leads were sent off to us. Additionally, we received leads outside our desired categories (specified in our agreement) quite a few times.
While we were able to communicate with BuyerZone and got refunded for all those unqualified leads (about 10% of the 200 leads we received within 60 days), it took an unnecessary amount of time and energy from us to do so, which should have not existed at all in first place.
