I was ROBBED, I thought I was getting a deal for cute mugs my loved one would enjoy. However, when my bank account was attacked twice on the same day Nov 1, 2025 for $153.41, then another $19.99 totaling $173.40 for six 5ounce mugs. That's $28.90 a piece for 5 ounce mugs. YES, I WAS ROBBED.

Chapter Book Mugs-USELESS
Where do I start? First of all the website says the owner feels customers shouldn’t have to wait for items purchased overseas and all items ship from their company in the states. I got online to track my order and guess what.. it was being shipped from Mainland China. The site shows the mugs hold 11oz of beverage and it DOES NOT! It only holds around 5oz if that, which makes it absolutely unless for beverages.
I do not recommend this company at all. BUYER BEWARE

Dishonestly added shipping without allowing confirmation.
Really wanted this product but wasn’t informed of the astronomical shipping fee until after confirmation of the payment method and shipping address. There was no opportunity to choose or accept the shipping charges. I would have given a lower rating but I called the phone number provided and they immediately cancelled my order.
