This is a scam company. I have never signed up for any subscription with buyforhair.com. For months money was being taken out of my account without my knowledge. After a few days of email responses they said that they cannot refund me the full amount,therefore, I will proceed to take legal action against them.

I made a mistake subscribing to Buyforhair as i mixed up their site for another.I contacted Customer support at Buyforhair as monies were being deducted from my bank account their reply was almost instantaneous from Joie and they agreed to cancel my subscription and return deducted money. Thankyou for an incredible response

I thought I bought Tupper and not the silly membership enforsed on me. A friendly lady, Elsa, said I must use her name when writing a positive review to streamline the refund process. Which I can not do.

I do not see why I must lie about my experience, Scott. Your Guidelines said it must be relevant to the experience, which it is. Unfortunately for you, there is no law that prohibits me from writing the truth. But there is one that prevent companies from extorting, unecespecting customers from their hard earned money and telling them to update their previous negative review to a positive one if they want the refund process to go smoothly. Learn from this, do not give me the option to write a review and then you want to get nasty because it was a truthful one. I'm also not taking this down unless you fool the system and take it down yourself.
