Terrible company I received my cordless…

Terrible company I received my cordless lawnmower it looks good but unfortunately it arrived with no safety key so does not work i contacted them right away got an email back very quickly asking me to contact there support team which I did was told they normally respond within 24 hours so nothing back from them on the Wednesday so contacted them again so went back to there sales team i have heard nothing back so by Friday 25/06/26 I asked them to come collect it as it is missing a part and asked for my full refund this is now Monday still not heard anything back from anybody just to provide feedback if i am happy with the service i am 65 and disabled so I need a lawnmower now as grass is getting very long they don't seem interested. update can't get any place the email I got was asking me to provide the order number i provided them with that last week they confirmed this and said they would pass it on to there support team then they said my email got lost in there junk files then i was asked where did I buy it from I bought it from there own website now they are asking me to take a photo of where the key should be well I don't know they packed it don't know if it should have been in the box or in the lawnmower itself I no longer want to deal with company if this is the way they there customers I have asked three times now for a refund and collection of they lawnmower which you keep ignoring just saying you will pass it to your support I have asked them to open a dispute as obviously they don't want to give me a refund I will keep this updated

second purchase

I had previously purchased this same Air Friar a few months ago. do to some mistake of my own ?? it caught on fire melting the bottom and frying the wires of the plug wire and bottom of friar . it is a nice size and does cook with ease and taste . I ordered another because of its versatility ease and beauty . Im learning as we go . excellant price and delivery .

ETA: After reading your reply, I think you should know, saying, "we automatically solicit every purchase for a review" does not make you sound any better. It's worse that you're admitting that there is no way for customers to opt out of these so called "invitations". You're making yourself look dishonest by pretending that you don't know that that's what makes it solicitation.

I’m very unhappy with the chair

I’m very unhappy with the chair. It is almost impossible to get the footrest in and out or the arms up and down if you are in the chair.
Hard to reach the pedals to move the chair up and down or back. It is not the chair for me.
Also frustrated that it is basically impossible to get it back into its original packaging to get a refund.

Great buy! Fast, even cooking with a sleek design.

I’ve been using this 6-quart air fryer I bought from Buy Global for over a week now, and it is honestly a fantastic addition to my kitchen. The standout feature is definitely the front viewing window with the internal light—it allows me to check on the food without opening the basket and losing heat. It certainly helps to be able to see the food to be sure it isn't cooking too long.

The build quality feels very sturdy, and the touch interface on top is responsive and easy to use. I’ve used several of the presets (specifically for meats and seafood), and they are spot on. Everything I’ve cooked so far has come out evenly done and cooked surprisingly fast. Cleaning is also a breeze since the basket is detachable.

The purchasing process using Buy Global was straightforward, and the device was delivered quickly and for a great price. I would definitely recommend this product for others curious to take the leap and get a new kitchen device. You won't be disappointed.
