Prompt delivery, everything as advertised, ie the insulation. The Bostic tape couid have been better, but adequate. I needed it quickly and it arrived quickly. So not complaining and we got the job done.

I'm reviewing after my second order from BuyInsulationOnline both times for insulation backed plasterboard. My first delivery had a few delays but this was well communicated what was going on and when expected delivery would be. My second arrived next day. The pricing is competitive and I'm particularly impressed with the forklift delivery both times; I live up an awkward steep gravel drive that most deliveries grumble about but both times the on-lorry forklift and friendly delivery driver has been happy to place exactly where I need them.

Ordering was easy and pipe insulation was delivered quickly. Installed over outside pipe and so far so good. Didn't break up as some have in the past.

My goods arrived well packaged. Also on the date stated and the time stated. The insulation looks top notch as do the 10 fixing clips I ordered. All to protect my condensate pipe from winter freezes.

Really great price for product I was looking for, and super fast delivery. spoke to customer services to find out when I could expect delivery, really helpful person on service desk gave me all the information I needed. Actually arrived a day earlier than estimated which was a real bonus. Delivery guy was also really helpful. Would definitely recommend and use again
