Larine mineral gum. No way to cancel

Surprised got email confirming another order that I never signed up for. I made every attempt to cancel before filing dispute with my credit card company. Every email (no other support) response said must cancel on website. I tried every conceivable way to do this to no avail. Never found any of the options they gave via emails to resolve online. Designed to make returns, refunds and cancellations impossible. Could not access any actionable options. Based on other reviews seems the company response is a standard meaningless statement they use most times but has no help or value.

A SCAM

A SCAM
On 5 February 2026, I made a one-time purchase on this website for a chew gum worth $90. I explicitly did not agree to any subscription or recurring billing. The order confirmation email I received at the time did not mention a subscription, auto-renewal, or any future charges.

Despite this, I was later sent a second order, which I neither requested nor expected. When I tried to cancel it, I found the cancellation process very unclear and difficult to locate on the website. I received a third bill, and after that, I complained to them, but they never refunded me for anything.

Your customer service sucks

Make a login tab, because I cannot login to make adjustments to “smart orders” without having to email someone and them sending me a link to login. And when I was notified I had a repeat order started, when I went to cancel, they told me I cannot do that once it has processed… this was within 1 hour of being notified, so I got stuck paying $130+ for 8 packs of gum.. when I told you I’m hurting financially right now trying to buy a car, you still turned me away, just wanted your money and f*** me I guess. So no, I do not recommend this company to anyone at all. And on a side note, I checked into the toothpaste before purchasing, the ingredients did not say anything about having SLS in it, but it does, that ingredient gives me bad mouth ulcers.

Cancelled my order and was told I…

Cancelled my order and was told I didn’t do it on time, so they charged my credit card again and stated No refunds only for your first order and it would have to be within the first 30 days!!! What liars and thieves!!! They make it impossible to cancel and then send an order out AFTER YOU CANCELLED!!! Don’t buy this product if you don’t want to be overcharged for your next order!!!

Peppermint n spearmint

This company is a joke

This company is a joke. Emailed a month ago to end my subscription and got charged again this month. Only email to contact the company and the are incapable of helping when requesting refund due to the fact they did not end my subscription the first time. When brought to there attention you get back a auto based message saying they can not refund due the there shady business policies.

Do not buy!!!! Scam

Do not buy!!!!!

Cancelled my subscription, they delay the process as much as possible, each response takes a couple of business days and then when thy finally confirm that they will then put you in a que to cancel your subscription and you need to wait for confirmation. 2 months later they send me an invoice and automatically take payment from my account for another order, supposedly automatically processed from while I was trying to cancel my subscription 2 months prior.
its just a scam, just to get one more payment.
1.7 stars on google is clearly the high point this company can expect.

Money would be better spent responding to a Nigerian princes email

Don't trust the customer service

Scammed by not being able to cancel order and wanting me to pay shipping when they got the order ready after cancellation was submitted. Said they couldn't do anything as it was off to the courier although the request was made as soon as I was billed.

impossible cancellation, dark patterns and fake customer service. must be blocked by bank

Avoid this company. Their entire subscription model is designed to trap you and make cancellation as difficult as possible.

I placed a single order and was unknowingly enrolled in their "Smart Plan" subscription. When an automatic reorder was placed without my approval, I emailed them within 5 minutes asking to cancel and refund. Their response? An ignorant message pitching me on keeping the subscription with a 30% discount.

I emailed again, more firmly. They replied claiming the order "can no longer be canceled" because their team "processes orders within hours" even though I contacted them within minutes. HUH???? They then offered 50% off my next order and asked me to reply "APPLY 50%" to accept. Clearly AI slop response and still no cancellation.

It took four separate emails over two days, each one explicitly requesting cancellation, before they finally responded, not by cancelling it themselves, but by telling me to go do it through a "self-service portal.", which btw was 6 screens of deceptivly placed CTAs trying to prevent you from actually canceling.

Even after all of this, they attempted to charge my card again today, weeks later. Thankfully it was declined because I had already blocked them through my bank.

Serves me right for buying a product from an Instagram ad, but this "company" sucks and you should AVOID.

I really like the natural flavor

I really like the natural flavor of the mystic.All the other wonderful flavors, the texture is wonderful all of it is great and I love that it remineralizes your teeth .My teeth have been feeling more clean when I chew it does not leave a weird feeling like regular gum. I love it I will definitely be buying more. And I have already told so many friends about it and given them pieces to try and they are like absolutely surprised how yummy it tastes and how the texture is.

This is a fraud company. Do not buy from
Them. Customer service sucks and are persistent even as you tell them to cancel they still try to keep you. They make it hard for you to login and deactivate. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s an India or illegal running this company. Do not buy. Besides it doesn’t work

This product is a scam!
I bought this hoping that it would help with cavities. Well jokes on me, and I have more than I did before. They also charged me after I cancelled! They are still not refunding me.

I had a very frustrating experience…

I had a very frustrating experience with this company. I cancelled my order before it shipped, yet the product was still sent out. When I reached out, I was told it was “too late” and that I would have to pay for return shipping, even though I never intended to receive the product.
To make matters worse, the shipping cost is nearly the same as the product itself, which makes the return process unreasonable. I also checked with Vertree (their supposed partner/system), and they have no record of my order on their end, which raises further concerns about how orders are being processed.
Instead of resolving the issue, I was offered a small discount instead of a proper refund. This does not address the problem.
Overall, this experience feels misleading and poorly handled. Customers should not be responsible for costs when they cancel before shipment, and systems should be transparent and accurate.
I would not recommend purchasing until these issues are addressed.
