Warning to others
Warning to others: I placed a one-time order and was later charged again through a subscription I never knowingly agreed to. After this I saw many TikTok videos from people saying the same thing happened to them. They are fraud ! They are scammers! I had ordered with them once, and I did not sign up for any subscriptions which they are forcing onto me. They tried to charge my bank multiple times with different numbers like the first time was $50.35 and then the next time was $50.65 the first time my bank declined it but the second time it somehow went through and when I saw it went through I reached out to them to ask for a refund, and they simply told me that they will not be refunding me any of my money and not cancelling my order like I do not want their stupid gum and they’re forcing it onto me and not being helpful at All. They call it their refilling subscription or some bullshit like that. There are 1 millions of people on TikTok, who have experienced the same exact experience that I have. Absolutely do not trust this company and do not buy from them until unless you have money to give out for free. They will scam you.

Strong flavor, Long-lasting Gum
First purchased (2) boxes of Larine's remineralizing gum through Amazon and have Loved the gum so far (peppermint flavor). Not sure if it's working yet in terms of remineralizing, but the gum has a very long-lasting taste, strong minty flavor and a fantastic consistency that doesn't break down - usually chew a single piece for 1-2 hours.
I then came across their website so I decided to buy direct due to an introductory 30% discount that included additional free items (toothpaste, e-book, mystery gift) and shipping.
The only reason I took a star off is because when I did checkout and placed my order, I was somehow automatically signed up for a subscription - which I'm not sure I want - and that I have no idea how much it costs or how often the gum ships. I tried looking my subscription up within my account, and I cannot find it anywhere, so it seems a bit deceiving in those terms where it should be far more transparent, as well as easily managed - postponing, canceling, changing, etc.

Quality Gum/mixed review
Gum is great! The tracking didn’t work for the shipping and it was delivered to the wrong address, but upon receiving it, its quality gum. Here’s my main gripe. They took double the money without any notification and sent me more gum, I purchased once not twice. The site is pretty hard to navigate to any subscription choices… I’m reaching out to customer support to cancel. I would have repurchased on my own, but not for 65 bucks. :/

Sneaky company
I purchased gum I. December. With hidden charges it ended up being over $70. They changed me again I. January. I didn't realize it was a recurring subscription. They told me it was already shipped and they couldn't cancel. I asked them to then cancel my subscription. Was charged again in February and March. They refused to refund my money. I could not return gum. The money back guarantee is o ly on your first purchase. This company is sneaky and unfair. I would never buy from them!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Huge ripoff company. Made sure not to select auto renewal, somehow got auto renewed. After the surprise order made sure to go online and cancel. How the h e l l did it get reactivated for them to send and charge another order. Almost 90 CAD for gum is insane.

They get 5 stars for their product. It works great, saved me from a dentist appointment and all of that. They got 2 stars because their "customer service" and their whole "business strategy" seems to grab up as much cash as possible, who cares about anything else. Which hey, it will work for awhile!. But I went from talking them up everywhere I go, to not wanting ANYTHING to do with their company. I've written emails and just get gaslite or I get some bullshit. They can stand behind their product, but don't... Which makes me wonder if it even worked in the first place!

If I could give the company 0 stars for customer service I would. They sent it to the wrong address and said they would re ship, this was over a month ago and now they still haven't re shipped or provided any details of the package. When contacted they still would not provide any shipping details and refused to provide a refund.

I made a one-time purchase in December (specifically and intentionally opted out of a subscription, not my jam) and my items did not arrive to well into January. When I contacted them they ‘couldn’t find my order’. Then a week later they attempted to charge me again for an order which I’ve never placed. Since then I’ve had ten points of contact. The first response from them being on the eighth time. They are blatantly refusing to cancel this mistake which they’ve made and refusing to cancel the the order which I contacted them within seconds after I received the notification on my credit card, stating that ‘were unable to cancel orders placed’. I never placed an order. And they’re still refusing to cancel it. So I’ve reported them to the BBB and CRA frauds and scams division as well as filed a report with the rcmp. No way should they be able to get away with this. If they’ve done this with me, someone who is extremely careful with placing orders-imagine how many others they are violating in this fashion.
Dreadful experience and absolutely pathetic customer service.
-100 stars. Stay away.

SCAMMERS
I have NEVER experienced such a nuisance of a company in my life.
After contacting them asking them to cancel my subscription as I just wanted to try their gum on a one off and buy at my own pace, they told me they WILL pause it for 3 months. After reading that I obviously didn’t contact them back as they didn’t ask me to confirm this and I had confirmed in my previous emails that I wanted to stop my subscription anyway. I then received a package and -£50 in my bank account!! After going through countless back and forth emails about how ridiculous this is they then told me that it was my fault I didn’t confirm I wanted to pause it for 3 months, even though they never asked me to confirm after saying they WILL pause it, not that they CAN. They then said they will completely cancelled my subscription and I won’t receive anymore packages. To my surprise.. another package comes and -£50 in my bank account!!! They also are refusing to cover postage costs which is £25!!! Even though in their policy it states they won’t cover postage costs unless it’s of their fault, which it CLEARLY is their fault.
I have sent my packages off now and I want this sorted right now and £125 back into my bank account as soon as possible.

I ordered this directly from the website. I assumed i was placing 1 order, but there is a sneaky subscription button somewhere and it's always pre-selected. The gum is fine and I'll wait to see before commenting on results. This company engages in a deceptive subscription plan and they make it hard to cancel. It's also not possible to delete your account or the saved credit card info. If you decide to support this company, save yourself some trouble and only order through Amazon.
