Good leather and after sales service but packaging could be better
Good quality leather but packaging could be improved. The ends if the rolls of leather aren't protected and my first two orders arrived with the ends of the rolls damaged. Fortunately the customer service is very good and they sent me a replacement.

This method allows us to ship worldwide efficiently and sustainably, even to areas where standard packaging may not hold up as well during transit.
That said, creases on the leather—especially on smaller hides like in your order—should not occur and we fully acknowledge this issue. We've already reported the case to our warehouse team to ensure extra care in packaging.

I ordered 3kg of mixed python print leather. I was very surprised by what I received and thought I was sent the wrong leather. However, they explained that I ordered 'leftover' snake print leather and this continuously changes. After lots of emails back and forth, I sent back the leather (which they paid for) and I am now waiting for the money I paid to return to me. The lesson I learnt was that I need to visit leather shops and not buy online, especially from other countries.
The company was very sensitive and accommodating in regard to my irritation and 'unhappiness as a customer' because I thought I was being taken for a ride. I was wrong. Thank you for a professional service and for understanding.

As clearly stated on the product page, this item is a remnant pack of snake-finished calf leather, and the photo is purely illustrative. Since these are scraps from high-end luxury brands (such as Dior, Chanel, and Hermès), colors and finishes vary constantly, and it's unfortunately not possible to update the images or show each piece. The variety includes different types of reptile embossing (python, viper, etc.) in assorted tones, and part of our mission is to recycle these premium leathers that would otherwise go to waste.
That said, we fully stand by our BLO Guarantee: if the product doesn’t meet your expectations, we're happy to arrange a return at our cost and issue a full refund. Just contact us and we’ll sort it out promptly.

Slow start hut great end

I have ordered twice and I am extremely happy with the products and their quality! On top of that the cost is extremely competitive! Delivery cost is low and the leather arrived fast! It is very well packaged in multiple layers of plastic wrap and taped to protect it from bad weather and improper handling!
