Absolute Zero After Service if your phone goes wrong
I bought an AS NEW Iphone 13 in August 2024 from AO.com via Buymobiles.net who they now own .. Its been a problem from the start , no reception , dropping calls , internet not working etc etc . AO asked me to get a Diagnostic report from Apple , snet the phone with the report waited 10 days without a phone and after numerous calls they couldn’t find a fault with it even though the Apple report said it was faulty . Left in limbo so had to go and buy a Brand New device from Three. I DO NOT recommend AO for your next phone because the after service is Next to Useless . Awful experience will never buy anything from them ever again. Disgruntled Customer !

Company very helpful to get best deal and sort the payment if 1p which took couple days disappointing received the phone upon doing a transferr took way to long went back to try complete and phone would not unlock or turn off and was very hot had to return now waiting response of weather phine has a technical fault surly being a brand new phone you would just send me a new one straight away now being told could be ten days to get my new phone 😡

I am really sorry to hear you are having issues with your handset, this certainly isn't what we would expect. I can see you have recently spoken with one of our customer service agents who has arranged an exchange. With every exchange, we do need to check the handset over in the warehouse and find the fault before we can send out a replacement which is why we advise the process can take up to 10 working days from the point of it being delivered into the warehouse. I understand your frustration as this isn't what you would expect to happen with a new device but rest assured, as soon as we can replicate the fault, a replacement will be sent to yourself.

I bought 2 phones on 1 account over the…
I bought 2 phones on 1 account over the phone on a Saturday, was given £10 off up front cost on each phone which was great and being told they would be delivered Monday. Tuesday came no phones, was told need to give extra security id which I did then was phoned to be told that was their mistake and sorry. Wednesday came 1 phone came, Friday called again to be told second phone won’t arrive for 90 days as they want to see me pay my bill. Why was I not told this when ordering and then then claimed back the £10 discount without my authorisation.

Looking at the order, I can see this was placed after the cut off point for next day delivery and we do advise at the point of sale that next day delivery, as with every order, is subject to internal security checks as well as the network approval. We must wait for the checks to go through successfully before releasing any handset. Upon review, I can see we did not in fact need any further documentation from yourself therefore a member of the team contacted you to advise this.
I am sorry to hear the second order did not go through successfully. As this is a separate order, this is also subject to internal security checks and the network approval. At the point of sale, we would not know if an order would go through successfully or not as the checks would not have been carried out at this point. You will receive a full refund of any upfront cost paid between 3-5 working days.

After buying phones from them for family for years I had the worst experience ever so will never buy from again I can honestly say the customer service is awful they were no help at all and I now have a 2 year phone contract and haven’t received the phone or had the contract cancelled by them

After taking a look into this, I can see a request was made to cancel the order. As part of the returns process, we do advise this can take around 10 working days from when we receive the handset back into the warehouse. Because the request to cancel was made after the handset was dispatched and connected, we need to wait for confirmation from the network that they have cancelled the contract. As soon as they have, you will receive confirmation via email.

3rd time using. Only issue was this time, was the website was showing the iPhone was in stock and would be delivered on the Friday - no phone arrived. Turned out the black iPhone was out stock! Had to settle for the white one and then delivered on the Saturday.
