Look at the short reviews Why so many ?

LOOK AT THE REVIEWS . So many with one line giving this scam organisation the thumbs up. Be warned you will order a basic product and the supplier will add on to your total . I expected to pay less than £20 GBP But my card was charged over £45 GBP . Best advise is not to order via this supplier they are just SCAMMERS . Avoid any contact or you will be sorry. Within 20 minutes I contacted them and requested a refund but I doubt it will happen and if it does I will update my review . Dont believe anyone can send a five star review based on the way they SCAM people.

Here we are days later and customer services still sending pointless messages . This organisation should be stopped . Dont take any notice of the short one line reviews they are FAKE .FAKE . FAKE

On 17th June I receive an email from REN in "customer support" to tell me the goods were dispatched and they cant cancel the order . They have the brass neck to say Is there anything else they can do for me .

The goods arrived 22/6/26 in two thin packs the size of a CD cover. Used the "patch" on two separate vehicles where I had small scratches . Made absolutely NO difference whatsoever so I am now trying to returning them . Not very happy and I wasted £46.

Having told the Ai Bot Victoria that the product is as useless as a chocolate fire guard and I want my money back . Several emails which are just standard time wasting follow and then they offer 20% rebate and keep the goods then 50% THEN 70% . THEN ITS GONE QUIET. So its now 17 days since a fell for this scam and if you read any reviews more than two lines long you will see this is standard from Nano Bollicks.

Ah a reply from NanoPolix . Where Victoria gone ? Yes, this is a true story and I sent my order number as a genuine ripped off mug. There are so many really poor reviews that mirror my experience so what are you going to do ? . For some reason you have several Trust Pilot Review sites to your name .

Poor Customer service !!!

Placed an order 10 days ago, no acknowledgment, not heard a word from this company. Actually wondering if they exist !!!

Needed a refund took several emails

Needed a refund took several emails, which I put down to the fact I’m in Australia and the produce was in the USA in the end I phones the company resolved the issue and got my refund. My conclusion is I would recommend but be mindful of the difficulties that could occur

I can't complete this until I receive the product…

I can't complete this until I receive and apply the product. I loved the ad, but not the forest of attempted ad-ons. So far, I do not yet see in my e-mail that my order has been received. I hope this order moves forward and that I will be able to report that this prodcut gave 5+ results.

So far so good.

Never having heard of NanoPolix, I was sceptical as I ordered via an on-line advert.
Having to e-mail the company I received an almost immediate reply from Victoria, in a cheerful, helpful and assuring manner. She was able to deal with my issue and put my mind at rest.
An excellent example of outstanding customer care...thank you Victoria!
As I type, I am still awaiting my order.

I bought 2 of the cloths for $17.48 and…

I bought 2 of the cloths for $17.48 and said no to all the screens pushing you to buy additional products. I put in my credit card and went on to checkout but the last screen said they had 2 other items on sale but no place to say no. All it said was continue to checkout when I hit that it said the order was confirmed. I called immediately and told them to cancel the order and the lady said she would send email and they would get back to me soon. They sent email saying order was confirmed then I emailed them and they said my order was shipped already. This is a very deceitful way to do business. I will never buy anything from them and will dispute the charge on my card.
