I have ordered for a center table and rug for like a week now, and they are yet to email me concerning my order.
They are not even replying my mail and there is no contact number to call. I sincerely hope they are not scam.
Ordered a dressing table for my daughter for Christmas. It was listed at £120 with free delivery and their delivery policy states that the item can with me within 2 - 3 days. 3 days later and I finally received an email from them, but it wasn’t a dispatch email. No, it was a generic email saying that they were refunding me and the order was cancelled. They provided no explanation as to why the order was being cancelled. I checked their website and the item was listed as still available, so I tried to contact them to find out why my order had been cancelled. I received absolutely no response. I’ve now spotted that the same item is now £200 on their website, so I can only assume they didn’t want to sell it for the original £120 and decided to cancel my order and then increase their prices.
