I purchased two Buy Boxes, the SheCapricorn box and the Kids Toy box and I am extremely disappointed.

Both boxes were marketed as surprise packages with individually wrapped parcels, similar to opening multiple mystery gifts. That is not what was delivered.

Both boxes arrived with everything loose inside.
Nothing was wrapped.
There were no individual surprise packs.
It was just a box of random items.

The quality of the contents was also extremely poor. The toys and products were cheap, low-grade items similar to what you would expect from budget sites like Temu or dollar stores. None of it is usable or gift-worthy.

What makes this even more concerning is that the influencers unboxing videos I’ve seen on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube show people unwrapping individually packaged parcels and receiving far better items than what I received.

There is a clear and substantial difference between what is shown in these promotional unboxings and what is actually sent to paying customers. It raises serious questions about whether influencer boxes are being prepared differently to the Buy Boxes sold to the public.

This is a serious concern because customers are being led to believe they are purchasing a curated mystery experience, when in reality they are receiving bulk filler stock thrown into a box.

For the price being charged, this is not acceptable and does not reflect what was advertised.

Buyer beware. Do not waste your money.

Most packages had already been opened and resealed. The name on the packages were all the same which made me think that someone/company had already received the undelivered packages, opening them and then selling on.

In my particular box I had a box that were completely different to what was actually inside. Box had garden lights on the outside, hand written on the box was 'Christmas lights' but inside the box was some sort of protective panelling for a bike, which was broken. Someone thought it would be fun to a throw random, broken item in there to fill space.

Majority if items were Temu or Shein.

Waste of money - all packages had been open so it anything decent was kept and just rubbish that would have been thrown out where sent in box

The worst mystery box of all time. The company running this, would be making a fortune, while the regular folk is getting ripped off. Quite sad really!

Don't waste your money people. Not only did I get broken cheap items from Shein & Temu, I also got a pair of tights that had clearly been worn. You won't see any reviews on their website for a reason. Wish I could give it less than one star.

Zero stars should be an options, sold as approx 15 items, undelivered packages, returns, over stocked items. Rubbish, 100% returns in two boxes bought days apart and all items were returns to same seller. This shows how cheap the products are, the seller cant even be bothered pickup up the junk to re sell. Don't believe any of the online videos where people get items worth more then $6. Both boxed only had 10 items in them (1 scanned in as 10kg only 4.2kg and other other 5kg and weighed 5kg) Lucky to be $120 worth of stuff in there and if sold you wouldn't even get $50.
