Ordered a large quantity of slate with the advice given for a new build property that needed top quality.
The product has been very good, with little breakage.
Company also delivered themselves rathe than by pallet which I prefer. First class service and product. Will use again soon.

Undertaking a major renovation on our property one of the biggest and most costly areas of the build was the roof. We spent many hours researching the best products for the scheme, once we did it was then the difficult task of finding those products at the best possible price, this coupled with a company we could trust and customer service we could rely on.

The customer service was excellent, Jamie initially helped with all the numerous technical questions we had (there was plenty of those) and then Ethan who finalised the quantities, organised delivery and kept us updated every step of the way.
It was a sizable order and delivered on time and In excellent condition. We live up a very narrow driveway with some pretty sharp bends, the delivery driver navigated the whole thing like a pro.

Knowing nothing about slate tiles and only needed to buy 10. I was made to feel very welcome by all the staff at the site. Great value for money, excellent finish with a professional service.

Went to this place today to get some roof slate drove 1hr and 30 mins because their price is so competitive, proper honest and genuine lads throughout the yard happy to help with anything, (not your typical roofing yard where they don't have any time for you while you spend thousands with the company that pays them). Glad to know aswell that delivery is possible anywhere defo would only use these guys for slates, the reviews speak for rh to be honest

I have placed two orders with this company as their product is very cheap compared to local suppliers.
While using the slate from the first order I was concerned about the variability and quality. I emailed them but received no reply.
On the second order I checked the slate when it arrived.
The quality and variability was a lot worse. I emailed the company with photos but received no reply.
So I raised the issue with Paypal and wrote a review.
Buy Roof Slate accepted there was a problem with the slate.
Initially I accepted a 5% discount but further problems resulted in them collecting and replacing with acceptable slate.
They went the extra mile to resolve the problem
