I thought I was ordering from Spain
I was not aware I was ordering from the UK, if I was aware I would not have ordered from you. I thought it was from Spain. I have not received the part and probably never will with the way customs works in Portugal.

Not a european company
What a joke. Found the website, all in spanish - not a problem live in Spain. Not once was i told it would be from the uk ( one of my pre brexit favourites - screwfix ) paid a lot for postage, waited 18 days, then my delivery was subject to €9.70 customs charge. Absolute joke.

CUSTOMS FEES IN SPAIN
Very disappointed with the service. No tracking number in order to know where the package is and I've been charged with 28,60€ of customs fees in Spain. The value of the product was 77,32€ so a completely disaster. Up to know, I've been contacting the customer service without success .
UPDATE - Despite their answer saying they would take care of the custom fees, I've been unable to contact them with no repy from their side. I have sent several messages to the customer service again without success.

I needed to return one of the items I purchased What a nightmare to get a return label Went on to chat to ask for advise they said they could not help but would ask for their supervisor to call me he did not !!! waited for a call eventually my daughter in the UK sorted it I am 86 years of age but still quite sane and I could not sort it Never again

Scam of a company
I ordered a bearing from a dishwasher and 2 bearing pads for 34€ including delivery.
I then checked my bank account the following day and there was a further 24€ taking I then got an email to say the bearing pads were out of stock and would be delivered when the return into stock. and then the next day there was 12 € gone from my bank account from them this site is a scam with no where to ring customer service they have an Irish website .ie which they are not I have contacted there enquiry line via email and was told it would be up to 72 hours before they return which in itself is a joke and I am well past that now with still no word. I have contacted there “quick chat” and no response from them either I have had to cancel my bank card for fear of more unwarranted transactions by this fraud of a company. Please stay away. And my order number is OH85168101 before some one from there company decides to come on and say this is an invalid email as they have seemed to do with others that have complained about there appalling service on this site.

It was charged 34.16€ that is the total of the order including the shipping cost .
The part (Beko Frictional Drum Bearings) is not in stock at the moment.
The 34.16€ was not charged to you is only retained by the bank "although it does not appear in your account but do not worry, it will return to you later.
At the end It was charged 34.16€ is the amount of the part (Beko Rear Bearing) plus the shipping costs which are 7.98€
We will receive the missing part soon (the waiting time is between 10 to 29 working days since it will come directly from the factory)
We will send it just when it arrives at our warehouse, you will receive a notification message of the second shipment that will be free (without cost).

Company is a joke
Company is a joke. Ordered a part in October as it was in stock to then be told it wasnt. Then told it will be delivered 11th November, then told end of November to then be told "do you still want the item? If not cancel and go somewhere else!!" Still in waiting in January, no reply to any email and their live chat never works. Avoid this sh*those of a company. Just taking peoples money as per every poor review on this page.

AVIOD AT ALL COSTS
If I could give buyspares no stars I would ordered 3 drum paddles only 1 arrived . Took forever to contact them only to be told the other 2 parts wont arrive untill February. Shameful that I had to contact the company to find out what's going on .. tried to cancel my order only to be told this may not be possible..
