I strongly suggest going somewhere else. What can I tell you they don’t answer the phone. They can’t track a parcel. We ordered a multi Gym for our son for Christmas just gone 2023. It was ordered in plenty of time, the website says 3-5 days. We ordered weeks before Christmas Eve 2 boxes were delivered the 3rd box was lost somewhere in Germany. I was told don’t panic you will have it. It’s in the Dublin delivery centre. I had an email from the courier who was able to confirm the delivery location was Germany and not Ireland and hadn’t been moved since December 14 2023. The other two boxes were delivered on the 16th.
Extremely frustrating experience.
Totally unacceptable.
Completely unprofessional service.
The entire time was wasted trying to get answers.
Then in January 2024 the 3rd box arrived tried contacting the company on 3 separate occasions to ask about them sending someone to pick it up. Guess what? Yep … no response until we went back through the website… only to be told to keep it…
Stay well clear there is far better companies out there with better after sales service than this joker.

We ordered a MULTI GYM the hint is in the description.

It came IN 3 BOXES 2 WERE RETURNED.

Never again. Ordered off this site and after a week I had to email them for a status on my order. They then updated my purchase as ‘being sent’ (Christmas Eve) and informed me it would be delivered next week. On Christmas Day they cancelled my order and issued a refund. Full of lies

I purchased an item from this company for the first time. Being my first time dealing with this company I sent multiple texts about the order, payment, delivery etc. In fairness to them they answered every text I sent reassuring me about everything. I received my order , well packed and on time. I highly recommend this company, they went over and beyond to reassure me.
The item I got is of high quality with a very good price.
I will definitely be using their service again

Great customer service. I had a query about delivery over the weekend and they got back to me straight away with an update. Product delivered and I am delighted with it.

I ordered a spin bike which arrived damaged. I contacted customer service on the weekend and received an immediate response from CJ who organised a replacement bike straight away.

I ordered a treadmill and paid it. They sent via DPD which is ok, but my parcel got lost. I contacted with DPD many times and they were helpful, told me to contact the sender and I did. This website lied to me, saying I signed that I receive my parcel(DPD doesn't do this since Covid) then claiming that it has been delivered to me, which was not....they pulled out 300€ from my pocket because they do nothing about it just saying dpd delivered to me....
