Not happy having to pay £10 to return a…
Not happy having to pay £10 to return a wetsuit. £5 for postage and £5 for cleaning the wetsuit (which I never tried on) surely washing the product makes it second hand?!

Sorry the wetsuit wasn't what you expected, please note we use the manufacturer images to be as accurate as possible. Regarding the fit, wetsuits are designed to be a very tight 'second skin' to stay warm, which can make them seem much smaller than standard clothing.
Regarding the fees, as a specialist shop rather than a global giant like Amazon, we have to cover the actual costs of return shipping and the manual labour involved in checking and restocking technical gear, this allows us to maintain our highly competitive pricing

I cannot believe you nave to pay £10 to return a wet suit to this company, I didn’t even try it on. Didn’t like the style as it looked different from from the image online plus I could see it was too small, the sizing on the guide is totally out.
Will not be ordering from this company again, Amazon sell wetsuits so I’ll purchase one from there.

Excellent quality
Excellent quality. Recently bought variety of wetsuits, summer and winter from Mystic range.
Really superb quality both summer and winter thickness and material great buy at a really reasonable price. At checkout I was lucky enough to be able to be offered a discounted Mystic Neoprene hoodie. Amazing value for money. Really good quality and fantastic addition to the wetsuits.
The customer service is outstanding. I had bought an item then very quickly realised I had forgotten to add a purchase after checkout. I went ahead and bought the second item seperately incurring two delivery charges. I immediately contacted Buy Wake via email and asked politely if there was anything they could do. They kindly refunded one of the delivery charges and sent both orders in one delivery.
I was extremely impressed with how quickly they replied and how kind they were its not often in my experience these days to get a reply from a 'human' so incredibly quickly if in fact at all. The items actually arrived the following day. Excellent service and fantastic quality water sports gear.
I would Highly recommend Buy Wake.
I would give 10 stars if it were possible.

Expensive returns process.
I placed an order for short sleeved wet suit and the next day I received a company email suggesting that ordering two different sizes might be diligent as around 50% of customers order the wrong size which I did.After deciding which size to keep I started the returns process and that’s when I discovered it would cost me five pounds to return the item plus another five pounds for a handling charge,ten pounds in total ! So buyer beware.
