Hands down best mobile phone shop in Maharagama area. Had a great experience with their staff. They were helpful with choosing the right phone for me. Once I used their repair service of theirs and its good too. They were skilled and pointed out what was wrong and different options I had at different price points.

I purchased a samsung A05 phone from buzone. It was one of the best purchasing experiences i've ever had. The staff was extremely supportive and friendly. Extremely satisfied with the service.

I took my phone to buyzone for a repair and they've done a perfect job. It took only 5 mins to fix all the issues. All of the repairing process has been carried out in front of me.

Also couple of my friends bought their phones from buyzone and price of the phones are absolutely reasonable.

So far I have bought three mobile phones and few accessories from them. Everything is genuine and working well without any issue. Their service is good and I have been to their Maharagama shop. Can recommend to anyone.

Don't ever go to this shop if you are looking for original phones that are also TRCSL approved. They try to promote their phones with discounts but they never mention that these are not original phones or that they are not TRCSL approved. The phone they gave us had 2 different model numbers in the settings and in the sticker on the box. 2 different serial numbers in the phone and the box. IMEI numbers not registered. and they gave us saying it has 128GB ROM. But when we checked it only had 64GB. Worst customer service I've ever seen. The lady Dinushi accepted that these are imported from Dubai and that's why they are giving discounts knowing the phones are not originals and not registered, pointing out that it is our fault for thinking they are giving originals with discounts. Their management never showed up or came to the phone. After so many calls and visits and a lot of hassles we were able to get a refund. I must say this is the worst experience I had just for buying a phone. Don't ever go to this place. All the good reviews are fake like their phones.

Very sad with the customer service provided by the front girl (sales girl ) and the usage of language. Went to change two chargers under warranty period and they were claiming they give warranty to the charger and charger cable separately and the sales girl made a huge fuss about it and was telling (even the presidents come they will not change it ) if a product is under warranty the whole product should be under warranty not just only one piece of the product and the not the other . Another Administrative girl came and argued with me and finally to see she had been confused about the whole story and had been arguing with me and the way she spoke to the customer was also very bad and not polite .But she managed to solve the matter and change both the chargers(Your products are really good that's why i am a returning customer )

Please at least train some people at the front desk who know how to talk and treat customers properly and who have knowledge about the product .

Is the management of this company not even looking in to the these kinds of facts. Its not about replying saying sorry to all the reviews but take proper action and your sales and front people represents your company and your company image .
just disgusted with the language and the service towards the customer.

You just lost one customer, imagine how many customers you are going to loose like this because of this bad service and improper staff language.

Whool thing is duplicate and petta items duplicate phone made in Dubai /India you cant by original phone and items like a original but they have duplicate be carefull

I went to buy a mobile phone and received the best customer service anyone could hope for. Received an in-depth technical/general knowledge about few of the models i was interested in. It helped a lot towards my selection. Aftercare is also above average.

Have the best customer service compared to my experiences. Has a very friendly stuff and i would definitely recommend this place to buy phones and repair those in no time.

I ordered a mobile on 24th of march 2022,Nokia 1100 I received it on 04th of April 2022 in the evening by kuriar
I checked the box on the spot but there wasn't a charger,I called buyzone.lk & complained they told me to come kottawa buyzone shop, Actually I am from Bentota then I had to travelled there on the following day ,so disappointed of buyzone.lk
I collected the charger there & returned bentota.time wasted of me,very bad I didn't expect this disappointment..If someone is going to purchase something be very careful.

Not recommend. Very bad customer service and even they said they provide warrenty they charg for packaging charges too for repair. Customer have to accept the all payment conditions. .
