Buzz is an amazing platform with a large number of unique integrations. I used it for about a year before actually going through the on-boarding step, and I wish I had done that first. It is the most complete process for marketing through social media on the market.

Worst company ever. I signed up for an annual subscription (through their pressure sales tactics), and decided shortly after I no longer want to use it. They refused to give me a refund. Fine. I emailed them multiple times, messaged them on chat support and they refuse to cancel my account. Each time they try to offer me a call to keep me in. There is no way to cancel my account in the platform. Now they keep trying to charger my card for renewal. Finally they told me to fill in a secret form to cancel my account after jumping through many hoops. After I fill in the form, they emailed me saying, sorry I can't cancel, because the contract says I need to cancel 30 days before renewal.... Meanwhile I have been trying to cancel for almost a year... Feels like they are keeping me hostage. If that's the tactics they use - I would avoid them like a plague.

Evgeny is always so responsive. He has taught me so much about optimizing the system. I lean so many new things every time we chat.

Evgeny and the Buzz team quickly filled in to help me with an small hiccup I had on the platform. When I reached out to my Success Manager, I received an automated Out of Office email. To my surprises, Evgeny made sure to reach out to me directly, book a meeting with me, and go out of his way to solved the hiccup n a timely manner.

I have used hundreds of softwares over the years, and rarely do you receive a good customer support experience. That is not the case with Buzz!

Isn't great when the person walking you through an application you purchase can simplify terms in a way a non tech person like myself can understand. Plus have the patience to walk you through the use of the product and help you troubleshoot along the way.
