I have been playing bingo with you for many years now however whilst playing the other night on the website NOT at my local venue i was extremely annoyed!!! i was down to 1 number and my tickets disappeared? i put this in the chat only to be told to re join this happened a few times the commentators didn't srrm to care or show any interest at all.

The food is AWFUL!!
Lacks everything, real poor quality and a lot of re heated, it’s priced high and delivered poor.
Very often there’s endless items out of stock to add, overall disappointing!

I take my mam to the Washington buzz…
I take my mam to the Washington buzz bingo once a week. Every week it’s the same, people talking when main session is on. No-one asks them to be quiet. Staff chat to customers when other people are playing, it’s shocking and unprofessional. It means it’s best to buy the electronic so you don’t miss a number but mam prefers the old fashioned paper way to play. We have now decided to try somewhere else as we are sick of the total disregard to members and lack of respect from staff.

Absolute scam stay away from
Headline: Avoid Buzz Casino! The welcome offer is a complete trap with 92% RTP slots!
Review:
"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Buzz Casino. Their welcome bonus is an absolute joke and designed to make you lose. They advertise a '200 free spins' offer, but in reality, after you deposit and wager £10 on Big Bass Splash or Bonanza, they just hand you a £20 bonus balance.
This bonus comes with a 10x wagering requirement, which means you have to roll over £200. But that’s not even the worst part. You are forced to play this bonus ONLY on three specific slots (Big Bass Splash, Bonanza, and another garbage game). To make it impossible to clear, they software-lock your maximum bet to just £0.10 per spin! Because of this restriction, you can't even activate the 'Extra Bet' feature on Bonanza to get an easier bonus trigger.
To top it all off, their slot configurations are a tragedy. The RTP (Return to Player) on their games is heavily downgraded to a miserable 92% on Big Bass and other popular titles, which is way below the industry standard. This casino is a complete waste of time and money. Stay away from this platform, it's a total rip-off!"

Our rules of play for club do advise a verbal shout to ensure that the caller is alerted and the game is paused when there is a win, however with touchpads there is a claim button that can be pressed and a verbal shout is only advisory in addition to this.

Fruit Machines
Been to Mecca, Club 3,000 and decided to try Buzz Bingo tonight. I just watched my partner put £160 in the fruit machine and not one penny was paid out. We play the same machine at the Mecca and club 3,000 and always won something. I played the machine beside him and after £40 I walked away as it didn’t even pay as much as £1. These machines are meant to payout 75-80%. This definitely isn’t the case here tonight. Having the experience in working with these machines throughout my employment history and I can tell These machines have definitely been rigged and should be investigated. When I looked around, not many other players on the machines were winning very much. So I definitely won’t be funding these machines again at Buzz Bingo. The staff though are Lovely and very welcoming and I enjoyed the food.

Absolutely garbage
Absolutely garbage. Allowed me to deposit then blocked my account. They told me i had to verify myself so uploaded my documents about 8 times. They wont accept them as my address is different but wont let me log in to change my address on the account to match my driving licence. Won't let me withdraw the money I added and cant even log in now without it asking me to upload my documents. No way of chatting to them without calling them now as I cant even access the chat button. which is ridiculous. So now im down money with no way of getting it back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!

I’ve played a few online slot sites
I’ve played a few online slot sites, win some lose some, the idea of playing these is to win a few quid go back day after lose a few quid, but playing on this site there’s not much fun, we are all waiting on the 3 scatters (bonus) etc, but you very rarely see it, I played just over £50 and never hit the scatters once playing 10p/20p spins 250+ spins you would expect the bonus, this is by far the worst site I’ve been on for entertainment value. I’m presuming the copy and paste response will be random generated. Anyway not for me I will look else where.
