There is a quiet confidence in how the agency supports and represents its talent, communication is considered, opportunities are handled with care, and the overall approach feels both structured and forward-thinking.

Rachael has been exceptional to work with. She brings a calm focus, strong judgement, and a genuine sense of belief in the people she represents. Her support has already translated into meaningful opportunities.

What I particularly value is the balance between accessibility and professionalism. You feel supported, but also part of an agency that takes its role seriously and moves with purpose.

I have been with Buzz for a couple of years.
It an amazing Agency.

I receive daily jobs notifications
and regular training opportunities, and options to update my head shoots.

We are all invited to regular team meetings and given updates on any new information in the industry, discussions on new products or opportunities as well as discussions around safety and wellbeing.

I have attend networking parties, given the opportunity to attend fashion shows and social events.

The. Management team are friendly caring and approachable they are doing an amazing job.

As part of Buzz Talent’s efforts to keep its active members informed, an email was circulated inviting members to contribute reviews of their experiences collaborating with the agency (as I am doing here) for an update to the website. At the time of writing this review, the website has not yet been updated, so I am unable to say whether my contribution has been included. My piece was 180 words and subject to editorial adjustments.

In my review, I described who I am, the quality of service Buzz Talent provides, and the importance of managing your expectations—both in terms of what Buzz can deliver and what the wider industry can realistically offer to those seeking success.

Speaking from personal experience, they have never made false promises to me. They are transparent about what they can do, especially in the short-notice casting emails they circulate. Each email clearly outlines the requirements and is open to anyone who meets the casting director’s criteria.

Buzz Talent also holds monthly Teams meetings, allowing all members to join without the cost of travelling to a venue. These meetings give members the opportunity to share experiences, see the faces behind the emails, and engage in proactive discussions particularly valuable for those who live far away who otherwise would not be able to attend in person.

Communication with the team has never been an issue. The phones are always answered, the email links work reliably, and no question is ever treated as a silly one. They are also very supportive in the early stages, especially when you’re new to creating self‑tapes.

The team at Buzz Talent is aware of the mistake I made before joining them. I have been on this journey with them for a year now, and in this industry I am still considered a newbie waiting for that big break. In my day job, we often talk about continuous improvements and lessons lernt and that mindset applies here too.
My shared learning learnt would be:
- Only invest the time and money you can genuinely afford.
- Do not be taken in by untrustworthy agents who make false promises.

My recommendations for continuous improvement:
- Provide statistics on how many casting directors or companies contacted Buzz Talent each month.
- Share how many members progressed through each stage of the casting process.
- On request, indicate how many times a member’s profile was circulated to casting directors or companies outside of short-notice opportunities.

In Buzz’s defense, they consistently emphasis the need for confidentiality within this industry and are therefore unable to name names. However, evidence‑based statistics would add accountability and greater transparency to the information shared during their monthly meetings.”

Been with this company for a year and must say that it’s a very sincere genuine company . Helen and her team are very professional. Kind and caring .

I can say that during my time with Buzz, which is around 2 years now, my experience has been very positive. The team including Helen, Rachael, Caroline and all those I don't see in the background are communicative, responsive, enthusiastic and kind. They seem to stand out above others, in their policing of rogue scam individuals who would corrupt this business with fake offers. They offer guidance, tuition and support to help us as candidates rise above the risks, and help us keep faith. If you are new or considering aligning with an agency, I would say that Buzz are the 'go-to' group for me.

I'm a new boy to Buzz - albeit not quite the 'latest model' - and find all the personnel at Buzz, starting with Helen Georgio, to be be helpful, encouraging and positive ... I'm certainly feeling the Buzz ... !

As a 75 year young, aspiring mature model I am very grateful of the love and support from Helen and her staff at Buzz Talent.

As a newbie I did not realise the number of fake agencies in the profession. But I need not have worried because Helen is very much on the ball giving sound advice when needed and stopped me getting scammed.

For me it is a new challenge and one which I am very excited about. I love the Zoom meetings which Helen hosts and are very inspirational and I love hearing about how the world of modelling has evolved through Buzz Talent and the success they have had.

With so many Horror stories on line about talent agencies ripping you off by asking for money for this and that upfront its very difficult to choose the right one.
Having spoken to the lovely people at Buzz they put my mind at ease very quickly with their open and honest answers to all of my questions.

My experience with other agencies is they want to get you on their books but then do nothing to promote you, its almost as if you are a page filler.
With buzz they are continuous in their search for people to fill roles and these are always diverse, so there is a chance for everyone, the communication from them and regular Zoom meetings and events make you feel included and informed.

The staff you deal with on a daily basis are friendly and knowledgeable and nothing ever seems to be any trouble.

Personally I do not regret joining them and have enjoyed the jobs they have secured for me.

Off talent companies asking for money well I joined buzz Talent September 2024 after retirement and no money was asked for .
I attended online meetings which I found interesting and contributed
Also enjoyed discussions online which were meaningful, Buzz Talent is a great media for sharing ideas an experiences it has a family feel , I know we are living in difficult times and hopefully the work will come along soon.

My totally unique experience as an aspiring male model with Buzz Talent is really exhilarating and incredibly enjoyable. The team is headed by the truly amazing CEO and founder the absolutely brilliant Helen Georgio, and the rest of her team are absolutely excellent. My career with them is about to really take off and it will be the very best .

Buzz Talent is a very friendly and proactive company.

Very soon after signing with Buzz Talent as a supporting artist and mature model, the agency secured me a job to appear in an instagram Ad. Caroline organised everything seamlessly and it turned out to be a very enjoyable experience.

Their efficient system of emailing all job opportunities on a regular basis makes it very easy to spot the most suitable jobs and apply for them swiftly.

I was recently pleased to attend Buzz's all day Masterclass which was an invigorating occasion.
