Absolutely amazing. I ordered a 3500 puff lost mary and i ordered next day delivery, unfortunately DPD delivered a week later, i contacted buzz vapes for a refund and they were polite and gave me a code for a discount on my next order. i definitely recommend ordering from here. vapes are very nice.

Ordered from here I want to say atleast 6-7 times and only ever had 1 issue which was I received 1 vape wrong out of my like 8 vape order. Messaged them as soon as I noticed and by the end of the day they’d sent me a code for a free vape on my order so my partners mother got a free vape and I got to reorder the one I didn’t receive on my most recent order. I’ve also noticed they have amazingly fast delivery, most orders have came the next working day, occasionally there’s a delay but the customer service is fast to reply and help all they can.

I had a delivery issue which was Royal Mails fault. But Buzz Vapes sorted it out in record time. I'll definitely be using them again.

these guys are amazing I didn't recieve one lot of vapes I order not sure wat happened but I'd say gud old royal mail 😀 they replaced for me after explained wat happened they were amazing then received the order nk problems at all highly reccomend these guys thank u so much brilliant customer service Dee 😀

Great customer service. I had ordered 2 R&M Tornado Vapes and one of them was faulty, flashing wrong and nothing coming out and unable to charge, I explained the situation via email and was pleasantly surprised with an apology and a discount code for a new one plus free shipping. Worked fine as I ordered 3 more (one was free and shipping also) so overall great customer service and good vapes and no need to worry if you receive a faulty one as they will happily send you discount code.

opted for next day delivery and didn’t arrive next day, so after I emailed them, they responded quickly and reimbursed me.
There has been other times as well for instance when I have received a faulty item.
They have always taken appropriate action quickly and apologised.
mistakes happens here and there, but i appreciate how they communicate with you and acknowledge it which is quite helpful and makes a good experience!

Wrong size vapes sent, really quick response from customer service who issued a credit note to the value & gave free postage to cover the difference allowing me to order additional units. I was a bit dubious as couldn't find contact details on the website but responding to the dispatch notice email got me the prompt response.

buzz vapes is a good website i’ve ordered once but the customiser service and delivery was good.

Very helpful, I had a faulty vape turn up which was easily sorted out with a code to replace it with on my next order. Also the delivery speed has always been great

I Have ordered from this company on numerous occasions and always been highly satisfied with the delivery time and service. I unfortunately recover a faulty vape at no fault of their own and after contacting received a very fast response along with a replacement vape send out the same day, brilliant company will continue to use with confidence

After purchasing under the counter r and m 7000 vapes for £15 from my local shop I decided to look online to see if I could get them any cheaper and I came across buzzvapes . Great value and very quick to deal with any issues . I have been using buzzvapes for a few months now . Most vapes have been okay and on the couple of vapes that did not work, after sending a email about it , buzzvapes were very quick to reply with a code to get another vape for free on my next order . Only place I'll get my vapes from now . Thankyou

Vapes was fine but delivery wasn't great as I payed for rapid delivery and other companies I have used have always been the next day but unfortunately waited 5 days for delivery in which cost me more as I had to go elsewhere while waiting and communication was limited.
Buzz vapes offered me a free vape and free shipping as an apology which I thought was a very nice gesture and good service

Fab company, speedy delivery. I had an issue with one vape, I contacted them and they sent me a coupon within 24hours to purchase another free of charge.
