Back in December 2022 I ordered a b-vibe twist texture plug. It is now August 2023, and it will not hold a charge past 10 minutes, even though the light shows a full charge. I filed a warranty claim with the company, because it has a 1-year manufacture's warranty, and it is still under warranty. For some unknown reason I was told they have to run it through their payment processor for a replacement, which I don't understand why for a replacement, why not just send me the new one, and was told it could not be shipped to Alabama because of the way they word their business practices. Now they are just flat out ignoring my emails of me asking questions about this, no one will give me any answers. This is not the first item I have had to exchange with them, however the last time it was no problem. And also, I have purchased other items from them in the past with no issues at all. Now suddenly it's a problem. Their idea to get around this hurdle, they suggested I mail it to someone outside of Alabama and then depend on that person to send it to me. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard, and I have no one to get to do this anyway. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company because they are seemingly just going to continue to ignore me. I am not a happy camper about the way this is being handled.
Edited 8/29/23 They have agreed to give me a refund of my original cost. They still get 3 stars because this is not the 1st one that has died on me within the year that I bought it in. I will not purchase another.
