I took my complaint to the FOS against Bvp Finance with overwhelming evidence. The investigator twice found in favour of Bvp Finance. On several occasions I requested to deal with someone of authority to no avail. Complaining to the FOS following the decision is a waste of time. They don't even hold their staff to account.

The case went before the Ombudsman who also found in favour of Bvp Finance. This indicated total bias. The Ombudsman I found on checking their profile, they had no experience in any form of legal matters as the legal point was the crux of the matter. There were others that had legal experience.

As the FOS are said to be answerable to the government, I lodged my complaint to my MP. The result was that the government not long ago carried out a review of the FOS, 30 pages. On reading there appears that there is no holding the FOS to account by the customer. The whole thing is a shambles.

The only option open to me was to take Bvp Finance to court under 𝓐𝓨'𝓡𝓛p procedure which I have now prompted. The wheels are now in motion.
