There was a problem with stock supply and the company did an excellent job on sorting it all out and getting the item to my grand daughter as soon as possible. Very good communicators which is rare

Highly recommend

This is one of my favourite shops. I always find something lovely. It is great for gift ideas. Quality at reasonable prices. All the staff are great - friendly and very helpful. I really enjoy visiting the shop. I would recommend.

Billy bargain

Excellent service all round. Didn’t place my order until Thursday afternoon and received the goods on Saturday morning. Not usually lucky buying sale items but the trouser suit was half-price and fit me perfectly. I was one happy bunny! Would have no hesitation in using your on-line service again, although I do like visiting your shop at Mercia Marina.
