Ian was very knowledgeable, professional and empathetic throughout the whole process. He came to me at home, which was perfect around the children and my work. I got my drafts back within a few days and the final Will, which he is storing, from start to finish took around 5 days. The LPAs were signed and witnessed, again within a few days, but the OPG took an age to get them registered. Completely out of Ian's control. I now recommend Ian to my clients and contacts.
