I had a wonderful experience with a company, customer service is on a high level.

First touch was when I couldn’t make an order with a discount which was shown on a website, so I asked about it in an email. Marketing manager replied to me explaining that it doesn’t work because discount time is over. However, as it was still shown on a website I can use a code and have the discount that I expected. That was really nice. I loved the customer care and value that I felt in communication 🤍

After that the delivery service couldn’t find the address to deliver, so I wrote to the brand again asking if they can help with that. They solved it and I’ve got my parcel the next day.

I really enjoyed the communication with By Dr. Hanieh company, they did their best for customer to be satisfied.

I ordered some skincare products which was quick to do online and so glad by dr. Hanieh notified me efficiently it was dispatched. Paying for it was also no complication. So happy to have got them within a few days nicely wrapped with beautiful packaging and bottle or container. I emphasise these products all work uniquely on the skin. I am hooked now and used high standard products before. But this skincare is much higher standard by far. They contain high grade ingrediants and intelligently created formula. Sustainable packages and products. Thank you so much. I love this brand!
